The government in providing public services to the community is required to be effective and efficient, therefore it is continuously expected to be able to innovate services in a better direction to improve quality. Service quality is an important thing that determines public trust in public services to be able to realize community participation by increasing knowledge, trust and developing community habits regarding the concept of healthy behavior in adopting new habits and closer government relations with the community. This study aims to determine the description of public service innovations in Denpasar City in increasing public confidence to behave healthily in adapting to new habits, especially in the community in Denpasar City. Data analysis in this study used Partial Least Square (PLS) with a sample of 200 respondents who accessed the measured SIK-KBS. The results of the SIK-KBS public service innovation assessment show that the Bali Provincial Government has a positive assessment with a score of 75.3 and is in the BB (innovative) public service innovation qualification level. Based on this value, it is known that the SIK-KBS public service innovation that has been carried out in Denpasar City in improving information access services has been innovative and able to increase public confidence in healthy behavior which has a significant positive effect as seen from the t-statistic value > 1.96.
Premier Bintaro Hospital is equipped with High-end modalities with various types of advanced radiological examinations. There are several service centers that require continuous imaging support, such as vascular centers, Pain Centers, Spine centers and others. Integrated storage and access to patient data is needed to improve work efficiency. With the implementation of Picture Archiving And Communication System (PACS) in Radiology Unit, there are improvements in services and increased productivity when compared to previous system. This research will discuss a number of issues related to the role of PACS in Radiology services as evaluation material for services compared with the system before PACS is implemented. This research was made to determine the role of PACS in Premier Bintaro Hospital. This research is prepared with literature review, observation, and documentation. The application of PACS in Premier bintaro Hospital basically has the same workflow compared to workflows in general. Application of HL7 interface System which is equipped with DMWL makes PACS applied will integrated properly with HIS / RIS. The advantages of implementing PACS are more on data integration, storage, data editing, and presentation of data in digital form. The lack of PACS is more focused on the stability of the connection as the basis of the data transportation path needed. The challenge faced in the future is the problem of strengthening the stability of connection and education to users related.
Kondisi pandemic Covid-19 memberikan dampak yang signifikan dalam berbagai aspek pada kehidupan manusia. Seluruh aspek dimulai dari perubahan cara kerja manual kearah digitalisasi, salah satunya penerapan sistem informasi yang mendukung sumber daya manusia di rumah sakit dalam mengikuti perubahan ini. Penerimaan dalam menerapkan sistem informasi baru seperti Sistem Informasi Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Online di rumah sakit yang tidak memenuhi harapan pengguna mampu menimbulkan ketidaknyamanan pengguna sistem yang berdampak pada kinerja pegawai rumah sakit. Untuk mengantisipasi hal tersebut diperlukan pemahaman terkait faktor-faktor dasar yang berkontribuksi mempengaruhi penerimaan dalam implementasi sistem informasi diklat online dengan menggunakan pendekatan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran evaluasi penerimaan sistem informasi diklat online dengan pendekatan model TAM di Rumah Sakit Umum X Denpasar. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 99 responden yang menggunakan sistem yang diukur. Hasil evaluasi model TAM menunjukkan bahwa penerimaan sistem informasi diklat online memiliki penilaian yang positif dilihat dari sikap pengguna dalam merespon penerimaan teknologi baru.
Clinical laboratory units must meet safety requirements such as temperature stability and room humidity because the materials and substances used are sensitive to changes in temperature and environmental conditions, so it is important to carry out routine monitoring. The purpose of this research is to design an internet of things (IoT)-based thermohygrometer that can make it easier for users to monitor temperature and humidity even though the user is outside the laboratory. This tool can also store the results of temperature and humidity measurements making it easier for the user to monitor changes in temperature and humidity that occur. The method used is descriptive exploratory with a prototype system, namely the system development process, users and the required data and results obtained through a tool that has been designed. The results of research conducted using an IoT-based thermohygrometer prototype after statistical testing, there was no significant difference between the reference thermohygrometer and the IoT-based thermohygrometer prototype and the readings from the thinkspeak web. For temperature and humidity measurements that have been carried out at the X clinical laboratory in Denpasar, it still does not meet the standards.
