Pendahuluan : Lanjut usia seringkali dikaitkan dengan penyakit hipertensi. Pada masa pandemic Covid-19 terjadi peningkatan jumlah penderita hipertensi pada lansia yaitu sebanyak 14,8%. Salah satu faktor yang menyebabkan peningkatan tersebut adalah lansia kurang melaksanakan aktivitas fisik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Derajat Hipertensi pada Lanjut Usia dengan Aktivitas Fisik Kurang dan Aktivitas Fisik Baik. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional analitik yang bersifat retrospektif. Sample penelitian ini adalah Lansia yang berusia 55-65 tahun yang memiliki penyakit hipertensi di wilayah kerja Puskemas Sukasada I sejumlah 96 orang. Teknik pengambilan sample menggunakan purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu responden mengisi kusioner dan dilakukan pemeriksaan tekanan darah pada responden untuk menentukan derajat hipertensi pada responden. Hasil penelitian diperoleh responden aktifitas fisik baik dengan derajat hipertensi tingkat I sejumlah 51(53,1%) respoden, dan hipertensi tingkat 2 dengan aktifitas baik sejumlah 15 (15,7%) responden. Hasil analisis data menggunakan Mann Whitney diperoleh perbedaan derajat hipertensi pada lanjut usia dengan aktivitas fisik kurang dan aktivitas fisik baik (p=0,000). Lansia diharapkan untuk melakukan aktifitas fisik secara rutin di rumah serta mengikuti program atau kegiatan fisik yang dilaksanakan pada posyandu
