Bureau of Social Services in West Java Provinces has a fundamental duty organize formulation of general policy and coordination, reporting and evaluation of religion, education and culture, health and the environment. Employees have an important role in carrying out the task of the Bureau of Social Services. Implementation of discipline for employees has a function to improve employee performance. The Problems of this bureau is the declining performance of employees in 2015 due to lack of work discipline on Bureau of Social Services in West Java Regional. The effort to improve employee performance with these problems is suspected factors work discipline that has an influence on employee performance. Work discipline has a very high influence in the creation of employee performance Bureau of Social Services in West Java Regional, the value of R (correlation) produced is 0,745, it can be said that the discipline of work and employee performance are positively related 74.5% , While the coefficient of determination R2 (R Square) is 0.554, which means the ability to work discipline variable in influencing the performance of employees in the Bureau of Social Services in West Java Regional amounted to 55.4%, while 44.6% is the contribution of other factors which was not observed in this study. Employee performance (Y) can be explained by the discipline of work through regression Y = 0,646 + 0,849 X. This shows the influence of employee discipline (X) on employee performance (Y) is positive at 0,849, thus if the variable work discipline has increased 0,849 then the variable performance of employees will also increase number of 0,646.
Wortel (Daucus carota, L) adalah tumbuhan sayur yang ditanam sepanjang tahun yang banyak mengandung β-karoten. Dalam tubuh, β-karoten diubah menjadi vitamin A. β-karoten dalam wortel selain dapat memenuhi kebutuhan vitamin A, juga berfungsi sebagai antioksidan melawan radikal bebas. Akan tetapi, studi mengenai pengaruh pemasakan terhadap kandungan gizinya masih terbatas. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kadar β-karoten pada wortel mentah dan wortel rebus. Sampel sebanyak 100 gram wortel (wortel mentah maupun wortel rebus) masing masing diekstraksi dengan heksan:aseton:etanol (2:1:1) sebanyak 200 mL. Ekstrak yang didapat kemudian dianalisis secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Analisis kualitatif menggunakan KLT silica gel 60 F254 dengan cairan pengelusi petroleum eter:benzen (9:1). Analisis kuantitatif menggunakan Spektrofotometri Visibel pada panjang gelombang 380–780 nm. Hasil kualitatif menunjukkan antara wortel mentah dan wortel rebus positif mengandung β-karoten yang ditunjukkan dengan hasil sama dengan baku pembanding, yaitu adanya 1 bercak noda kuning dengan nilai Rf 0,5 cm. Hasil analisis kuantitatif menunjukkan kadar rata-rata β-karoten wortel mentah adalah 34,94 ± 7,810 % b/b dan pada wortel rebus adalah 23,31 ± 4,246 % b/b. Besarnya kadar β-karoten kemudian dianalisa menggunakan uji sample paired t-test dan menunjukkan hasil nilai P value 0,06 (> 0,05) yang berarti tidak terdapat perbedaan bermakna antara kadar β-karoten pada wortel mentah dan wortel rebus. This study aims to determine the effect of economic growth and population growth on labor force participation rate (LFPR) in Lhokseumawe city from 2007 to 2015. The data used in this study is secondary data obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) during 2007 to 2015. Data analysis method used in this research is Multiple Linear regression analysis method with the help of EVIEWS. The results partially (t-test) show that economic growth has a positive and significant effect on labor force participation rate (LFPR) in Lhokseumawe City from 2007 to 2015 and population growth has a positive and significant effect on labor force participation rate (LFPR) in Lhokseumawe City from 2007 to 2015. Simultaneously (F test) indicates that economic growth and population growth have a positive and significant effect on labor force participation rate (LFPR) in Lhokseumawe City from 2007 to 2015. Economic growth and population growth affect labor force participation rate (LFPR) by 14.7863% and the rest 85.2137% is influenced by other variables outside of this study.
Pelayanan farmasi merupakan salah satu pelayanan penunjang di rumah sakit. Salah satu bentuk pengelolaan sediaan di bagian kefarmasian yaitu pendistribusian, yang merupakan suatu rangkaian kegiatan dalam rangka menyalurkan sediaan farmasi, alat kesehatan, dan bahan medis habis pakai dari bagian penyimpanan sampai bagian pelayanan. Dalam pelaksanaan pendistribusian petugas tetap menjaga mutu, stabilitas, jumlah dan menjaga ketepatan waktu, agar pengelolaan bisa berjalan dengan baik. Kegiatan pengabdian dilaksanakan di RSIA Mutiara Bunda Padang. Beberapa langkah dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan yaitu tahap persiapan, tahapan pelaksanaan, pembuatan artikel pengabdian, dan tahap evaluasi penerapan kegiatan ini dilakukan secara kolaborasi antara Dosen STIKES Dharma Landbouw Padang dan mahasiswa. Kegiatan dilakukan kunjungan secara terbatas ke rumah sakit, dikarenakan pada masa pandemi. Tim pengabdi tetap menggunakan protokol kesehatan dalam melakukan penyuluhan. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian di RSIA Mutiara Bunda Padang sudah berjalan dengan baik. Meskipun pada masa pandemi tetapi hal ini tidak menjadi batasan dalam melakukan penyuluhan dan sosialisasi. Hal ini juga dibuktikan dengan alur yang ada di rumah sakit sudah sesuai dengan aturan dan pedoman yang berlaku.
