Situasi pandemi COVID-19 memberikan dampak terhadap berbagai sektor, termasuk sektor kesehatan. Dampak yang terjadi akibat pandemi COVID-19 terhadap sektor kesehatan salah satunya yaitu terganggunya pelayanan kesehatan dasar seperti pelayanan imunisasi rutin (Ranganathan et al., 2020). Imunisasi rutin merupakan salah satu bagian dari imunisasi program, yang mana imunisasi rutin dilaksanakan secara terus-menerus dan berkesinambungan yang terdisi atas imunisasi dasar dan imunisasi lanjutan. Penyakit yang dapat dicegah dengan imunisasi (PD3I) yaitu diantaranya hepatitis B, poliomyelitis, tuberculosis, difteri, pertusis, tetanus, pneumonia dan meningitis yang disebabkan oleh Hemophilus Influenza tipe B (HiB), serta campak). Dalam kajian literatur ini akan melihat bagaimana pengaruh pandemi COVID-19 yang memberikan dampak terhadap pelayanan imunisasi rutin serta faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kajian literatur review dengan menggunakan data sekunder yang berasal dari publikasi jurnal literatur terdahulu. Terdapat total 258 jurnal publikasi yang teridentifikasi berkaitan dengan topik yang dicari. Setelah dilakukan screening sesuai dengan PICO maka didapatkan 7 jurnal publikasi yang masuk dalam kategori PICO. Terdapat banyak factor yang mempengaruhi terhambatnya pelayanan Imunisasi rutin seperti Ketakutan masyarakat akan terinfeksi virus COVID-19, Ketidaksiapan Fasilitas Pelayanan Kesehatan, Keterbatasan Mobilitas Masyarakat. Pelaksanaan imunisasi dasar harus tetap dilakukan dalam masa pandemi dengan memperhatikan berbagai kondisi agar tidak menimbulkan bencana penyakit infeksi di luar COVID-19 dan menjadi beban tambahan pada sistem kesehatan. Memberikan sarana dan prasarana yang aman bagi pengunjung, memberikan edukasi yang tepat kepada pasien.
