Prescription screening is an assessment of the suitability of prescriptions performed by pharmacies in order to minimize the occurrence of medication errors. It is necessary to use information technology so that prescription screening can be carried out quickly, precisely and accurately. The purpose of study was to develop a design model for prescription screening management information systems in Puskesmas Kotagede 1. This study was a descriptive study with a cross sectional design. The research was conducted at the outpatient pharmacy installation at Kotagede 1 Public Health Center in November 2019-April 2020. To determine the system requirements analysis, a descriptive analysis was carried out. The development of a prescription screening information system was carried out using the prototype method. The results of the system requirements analysis indicate that the identification of prescription screening has not been carried out completely by pharmaceutical officers. The development of a prescription screening information system model design at Puskesmas Kotagede 1 uses the waterfall method. The stages start from requirement analysis, system design, implementation, integration & testing, operation & maintenance. With the development of a prescription screening information system model, it can facilitate pharmaceutical work in the prescription screening process to be fast, precise and accurate.
Anemia is one of the nutritional problems that has the potential to hinder the development of the quality of Indonesian human resources. The support of science and information technology in the form of a website application can be a solution to facilitate education, monitoring and management of anemia so as to accelerate the handling of anemia. This study aims to design an anemia information system in the form of an online platform with the name "Srikandi Health" based on Progressive Web Apps to support the prevention of anemia in Indonesia in Indonesia. This research was conducted in December 2020 in Bantul, Yogyakarta. This study uses the prototype method. The stages of the prototype method start from gathering requirements, building prototyping, and evaluating protoptyping. The result of this research is the prototype of the online application "Srikandi Health" based on Progressive Web Apps. Conclusion Srikandi Health prototype is designed to meet the needs analysis of the system, namely to facilitate monitoring and prevention of anemia in adolescents. The suggestion of this research is the implementation of the system so that the system becomes more complete and can be applied to the wider community.
Transmission of the coronavirus continues to increase in many areas since the pandemic occurred. The increase in cases is due to the high level of transmission through droplets that can occur due to physical contact and communication made by Covid-19 sufferers. Face-to-face relationships between pharmacists and patients are vulnerable to the spread of Covid-19. Therefore, through the appeal of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia by utilizing information technology as a medium in communicating with patients, a Communication, Information, and Education (KIE) information system was created. The purpose of this research is to produce a KIE information system as part of the duties and responsibilities of the pharmacy in terms of providing drug information. The research method with the prototype method starts from system requirements analysis and system design. The system requirements analysis interview was conducted using the PIECES method and made a system design using context diagrams and Data Flow Diagrams (DFD). The data taken is in the form of points submitted by the pharmacy in conducting KIE. This study uses data from interviews and observations of KIE points at the Pundong Clinic. The results showed that there were 8 main points conveyed by the pharmacy in conveying information on drug use to patients. The design of the KIE information system using the PIECES method resulted in a new system that can assist pharmaceuticals in conveying information on drug use to patients accurately, completely, and avoiding the transmission of Covid-19.
