A Bioquímica é definida pelos estudantes como uma coleção de estruturas químicas e reações dificilmente assimiladas e desintegradas da sua prática profissional. Diante desse contexto, o presente artigo tem como objetivo apresentar uma experiência exitosa utilizando-se a Aprendizagem Baseada em Projetos para a construção de conceitos bioquímicos, configurando-se uma proposta pautada nos pressupostos do ensino híbrido. A pesquisa tem uma abordagem metodológica qualitativa e foi realizada no âmbito de uma disciplina de Bioquímica, do curso de licenciatura em Ciências Biológicas de uma instituição de ensino superior. Para o desenvolvimento dos projetos, os estudantes receberam orientações por meio de ferramentas como Ambiente Virtual de Aprendizagem Moodle, grupo de WhatsApp e e-mail da disciplina. Por fim, os momentos vivenciados presencial e virtualmente nos sinalizam para a potencialidade do ensino híbrido à luz da Aprendizagem Baseada em Projetos no que concerne uma elaboração conceitual contextualizada e significativa para os licenciandos.
O TRABALHO TEM COMO OBJETIVO IDENTIFICAR AS PERCEPÇÕES DE LICENCIANDOS EM CIÊNCIAS BIOLÓGICAS DE UMA INSTITUIÇÃO DE ENSINO SUPERIOR, MATRICULADOS NUMA DISCIPLINA DE BIOQUÍMICA, NO QUE CONCERNE A APLICAÇÃO DA APRENDIZAGEM BASEADA EM PROJETOS (ABP) NO TOCANTE ÀS CONTRIBUIÇÕES E LIMITAÇÕES DE AÇÕES PEDAGÓGICAS À LUZ DA METODOLOGIA EM TELA PARA A CONSTRUÇÃO DE CONCEITOS SOBRE INTEGRAÇÃO METABÓLICA. A PESQUISA, DE ABORDAGEM QUALITATIVA, FOI REALIZADA EM 2019.2 E O PERCURSO METODOLÓGICO FOI PLANEJADO CONFORME A APRENDIZAGEM BASEADA EM PROJETOS E OS PRINCÍPIOS DAS METODOLOGIAS ATIVAS. AO TÉRMINO DAS AÇÕES PEDAGÓGICAS, FOI APLICADO UM QUESTIONÁRIO DE VERIFICAÇÃO POSTERIOR À AÇÃO (QVP), A FIM DE IDENTIFICAR AS PERCEPÇÕES DOS ESTUDANTES E VALIDAR A IMPLANTAÇÃO DA REFERIDA METODOLOGIA. OS QUESTIONÁRIOS FORAM ANALISADOS À LUZ DA ANÁLISE DE CONTEÚDO E DO REFERENCIAL TEÓRICO PERTINENTE. OS DADOS PROVENIENTES DO QVP NOS PERMITIRAM IDENTIFICAR QUE, EM SUA MAIORIA, A METODOLOGIA AGRADOU OS ESTUDANTES NO QUE CONCERNE A CONTEXTUALIZAÇÃO E TRANSPOSIÇÃO DIDÁTICA DOS CONTEÚDOS BIOQUÍMICOS. COMO LIMITAÇÕES, OS ESTUDANTES DESTACARAM A DIFICULDADE DE SUPERAREM O PARADIGMA DE ENSINO TRADICIONAL E ATUAREM DE FORMA ATIVA NO PROCESSO DE CONSTRUÇÃO DO PRÓPRIO APRENDIZADO; COMO CONTRIBUIÇÕES, AFIRMARAM QUE A METODOLOGIA PROPORCIONOU O DESENVOLVIMENTO DE HABILIDADES E COMPETÊNCIAS, ALÉM DA PROMOÇÃO DA APRENDIZAGEM DE CONCEITOS BIOQUÍMICOS DE FORMA CONTEXTUALIZADA E ARTICULADA.
A Aprendizagem Baseada em Problemas (ABP), uma proposta de ensino e aprendizagem focada nos pressupostos teóricos das metodologias ativas, é uma abordagem que se contrapõe a modelos de ensino tradicional e coloca os alunos no centro do processo como agentes empenhados em resolver problemas reais. Este artigo tem como objetivo relatar a experiência com a metodologia de aprendizagem baseada em problemas na disciplina Tecnologias da Informação e Comunicação no Ensino de Ciências de um programa de pós-graduação de uma Universidade Pública Federal. Trata-se de um estudo descritivo, do tipo relato de experiência, por meio do qual apresentamos uma oficina pautada no ensino híbrido. Para isso, optamos pelo modelo de rotação por estações, no qual os estudantes percorreram quatro estações de trabalho fixas na sala de aula, compostas de atividades distintas - uma delas realizada por meio de um recurso tecnológico em um contexto online como proposta de solução para o problema em ABP apresentado na Disciplina. A vivência com a metodologia ABP possibilitou-nos, sobretudo, refletir acerca de nossa prática docente. Os integrantes da oficina perceberam o quanto essa metodologia auxilia o processo de ensino e aprendizagem, promovendo momentos mais participativos para os discentes e auxiliando à sua formação a partir de sua própria construção do conhecimento.
Os fungos anemófilos contaminantes de ambientes hospitalares, aparentemente inofensivos, têm se tornado importantes agentes oportunistas a serem considerados como possíveis precursores de manifestações alérgicas e de infecções graves em indivíduos com o sistema imunológico comprometido, por isso, conhecer a microbiota anemófila das unidades de saúde tem sido tão importante para o desenvolvimento de ações que reduzam a proliferação dos biocontaminantes, bem como de programas de controle de infeções. O objetivo deste estudo foi isolar e identificar os fungos anemófilos associados ao ambiente das enfermarias de uma unidade de saúde situada no município do Cabo de Santo Agostinho – PE. A coleta foi realizada pelo método de sedimentação passiva de esporos, onde placas de Petri, contendo meio de cultura específico, foram expostas abertas em pontos estratégicos durante 20 min. Após este período as placas foram fechadas, etiquetadas e incubadas por 7 dias a 28 ºC, com leituras diárias para o acompanhamento do crescimento fúngico. Foram encontrados os fungos filamentosos: Penicillium sp., Aspergillus sp., Fusarium sp., Rhizopus sp., Cladosporium sp., Acremonium sp., Tritirachium sp., Curvularia sp., Nigrospora sp., Cunninghamella sp., além de leveduras e fungos não-esporulantes. Os gêneros mais frequentes foram Penicillium e Aspergillus, os quais são possíveis agentes de doenças disseminadas em pacientes imunodeprimidos. Os resultados encontrados neste estudo subsidiaram o desenvolvimento e a implantação de programas e estratégias de controle de patógenos fúngicos e de prevenção das infecções nosocomiais pela Comissão de Controle de Infecção Hospitalar (CCCIH) do hospital analisado.
