Met de logeerhuismonitor volgt Stichting Jeugdformaat de uitvoering van de hulp in een van haar residentiële hulpvormen, de logeerhuizen. De monitor bestaat uit drie korte vragenlijsten voor kinderen, ouders en groepsleiders. De bijbehorende rapportageformulieren bieden op verschillende niveaus in de organisatie zicht op wat er gebeurt in de logeerhuizen. Groepsleiders bespreken door de monitor met de kinderen en hun ouders hoe zij de hulp ervaren. De resultaten van die gesprekken worden vervolgens besproken in de teams en met de manager. De monitor zorgt ervoor dat de groepsleiders reflecteren op hun eigen aanpak en dat er binnen de organisatie op gezette tijd aandacht is voor de methodiek.Jeugdformaat, een grote zorgaanbieder in de regio Haaglanden, biedt allerlei vormen van hulp, van ambulante opvoedingsondersteuning tot residentiële 24-uurszorg. De 22 logeerhuizen zijn onderdeel van het residentiële aanbod. In een logeerhuis verblijven maximaal negen kinderen en jongeren van 8 tot 18 jaar die tijdelijk niet thuis kunnen wonen.De afgelopen jaren heeft Jeugdformaat flink geïnvesteerd in methodiekontwikkeling en in het zichtbaar maken van de resultaten van de hulp, door middel van instellingsbrede metingen van bijvoorbeeld doelrealisatie en tevredenheid. Eventuele verschillen in de resultaten tussen verschillende locaties zijn echter moeilijk te duiden. De resultaten worden immers vastgelegd, maar niet de manier waarop de methodiek wordt uitgevoerd.
