This study aims to determine managerial ownership, institutional ownership, liquidity, leverage, and profitability on firm value with dividend policy as a moderating variable. This type of research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The population used in this study are property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2010 to 2018. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling so that the selected sample is 16 companies. This study uses descriptive statistical data analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that 1). Managerial Ownership, Institutional Ownership, and Liquidity do no effect on Company Value. 2). Leverage has a negative and significant impact on Company Value. 3). Profitability has a positive and significant impact on Company Value. 4). Dividend Policy cannot moderate the effect of the Managerial Ownership relationship on Company Value. 5). Dividend policy can partially influence the relationship of Institutional Ownership, Liquidity, Leverage, and Profitability to Company Value.
This study aims to examine empirically the antecedents of individual performance on its consequences of turnover intention in public accounting firms. There are eight variables measured which consists of auditors' empowerment, innovation, professionalism, role ambiguity, role conflict, organizational commitment, individual performance and turnover intention. Data analysis is based on 163 public accountant using the Structural Equation Modeling assisted with an application of the Analysis Moment Structure (AMOS). The findings have revealed that the model is acceptable and successfully proves on a significant influence of the auditors' innovation on the role ambiguity, professionalism on the role ambiguity, empowerment on the role conflict, innovation on the role conflict, professionalism on the role conflict, role conflict on the organizational commitment, role ambiguity on the auditors' performance, organizational commitment on the auditors' performance, auditors' empowerment on the turnover intention, innovation on the turnover intention, professionalism on the turnover intention, organizational committment on the turnover intention, auditors' performance on turnover intention. The new variables of auditors' empowerment and innovation in the model as well as the direct influence of performance on turnover intention are successfully proven.
The Objective is to find out what makes SMEs able to continue to survive by utilizing their internal resources in the SMEs. The research method uses qualitative analysis, with the case study method, and with 120 informants who are small and medium business actors in the city of Medan, Indonesia, and is presented graphically and in tables, using NVIVO 12 plus. Data collection and analysis included participant observation, interviews, and interpretation data and videosThe findings show that business actors are always continuously trying to find creative ideas that are better known to them as Intellectual Capital, which are appropriate for their business. The creative ideas created will be related to the inherent characteristics of the business. Because the characteristics will distinguish one business from another, even though the business is similar. The process of finding business characteristics requires a long time, with three stages until the creation of innovation to create business value and competitive advantage.Limitations of Research, Data only used This study used 102 participants, and was considered by the researcher to be sufficient because he had obtained the same findings, it was suggested to further researchers to develop a research modelPractical implications. This business is very different from large businesses, especially in the form of its business, its activities, and the assets it owns. Intellectual Capital as knowledge possessed by SME’s their business activities. The effect is obvious by having innovation and performance, being key factors for the competitiveness of their businesses. Originality/ Value: Research has found that research and development activities in SME’s business actors can create assets that provide business value and business competitiveness.
