Pengukuran Getaran Mekanik Berdasarkan Jenis Bangunan. Dampak getaran diketahui menjadi salah satu isu yang diangkat masyarakat yang mengklaim terdampak suatu kegiatan selain pencemaran udara, air maupun tanah. Getaran dianggap mengganggu kenyamanan dan kesehatan, serta pada tahap yang lebih tinggi dapat merusak struktur bangunan yang telah dihuni masyarakat sekitar kegiatan. KEPMENLH 49/1996 telah mengatur tentang baku tingkat getaran dan metode pengukurannya, namun seiring waktu maka perlu dimutakhirkan mengingat ada perbedaan rentang frekuensi dominan bagi beberapa jenis pengukuran tingkat getaran. Metode pengukuran yang terdapat pada Lampiran V KEPMENLH 49/1996 juga perlu ditinjau ulang karena masih menggunakan metode pengukuran yang sama walaupun pada beberapa jenis pengukuran tingkat getaran yang berbeda. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan metode pengukuran tingkat getaran pada Lampiran V KEPMENLH No 49/1996 terhadap metoda pengukuran lain yang tersedia dan diakui serta dapat diterapkan menggunakan peralatan yang tersedia saat ini. Pengambilan data dilakukan pada beberapa titik di Provinsi DKI Jakarta, Sulawesi Selatan dan Jawa Tengah pada bulan April – Juli 2016 oleh tim PSIKLH menggunakan alat Instantel Minimate Pro 6. Setiap sesi pengukuran dilakukan pengambilan data pada dua titik ukur secara simultan dengan masing-masing titik ukur diperoleh nilai tingkat getaran pada tiga sumbu ortogonal (sumbu X, Y dan Z). Hasil penelitian ini mendapatkan bahwa pengukuran getaran di beberapa kota di Indonesia masih memiliki nilai tingkat getaran yang belum melampaui baku tingkat getaran yang dipersyaratkan pada Lampiran III KEPMENLH 49/1996, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode pengukuran International Organization for Standardization ISO 4866 Mechanical vibration and shock - Vibration of fixed structures - Guidelines for the measurement of vibrations and evaluation of their effects on structures dapat menjadi rujukan untuk mengevaluasi dampak getaran terhadap bangunan.
Uji Banding Kinerja Alat High Volume Air Sampler untuk Pengukuran Total Suspended Particulate (TSP) di Udara Ambien. Partikulat merupakan bentuk polutan yang paling terlihat dalam pencemaran udara. Jenis partikulat terdiri dari total suspended particulate (TSP), PM 10 , PM 2,5 , ataupun partikulat dengan ukuran yang lebih kecil lagi. Peralatan yang digunakan untuk mengukur partikulat di udara ambien adalah high volume air sampler (HVAS). Penggunaan berbagai jenis HVAS baik pabrikan dari perusahaan terkenal maupun rakitan lokal banyak ditemukan di laboratorium pengujian kualitas udara di Indonesia. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah melakukan pengecekan stabilitas dan performa alat HVAS rakitan lokal saat melakukan sampling bersamaan dengan HVAS lainnya. Pengujian sebanyak 5 (lima) kali terhadap 4 (empat) jenis HVAS berbeda, yaitu 2 (dua) HVAS SIBATA dengan tipe dan seri berbeda, 1 (satu) HVAS pabrikan yang dimodifikasi, dan 1 (satu) HVAS lokal, dilakukan pada tanggal 14-28 Juli 2022. Peralatan ditempatkan di Lantai 3 Gedung Metrologi dan Merkuri Pusat Standardisasi Instrumen Kualitas Lingkungan Hidup (PSIKLH) Serpong. Kalibrasi masing-masing peralatan dilakukan sebelum dan setelah sampling TSP selama 24 jam. Desain alat HVAS yang tepat dan baik menentukan performa peralatan saat sampling. Dari hasil uji stabilitas, diketahui bahwa seluruh alat HVAS relatif stabil selama periode sampling. Selama pengujian, diketahui bahwa HVAS lokal yang digunakan saat kajian ini memiliki kekurangan di bagian filter holder, yang ditunjukkan dengan konsentrasi TSP paling rendah yang dihasilkan dari alat ini berikut penampakan filternya. Konsentrasi TSP di udara ambien selama pengamatan menggunakan 4 (empat) alat HVAS berbeda untuk masing-masing alatnya. HVAS A, B, dan C cenderung sama dengan perbedaan berkisar antara 4-20%, sedangkan untuk HVAS D memiliki perbedaan hasil konsentrasi TSP paling besar mencapai 49%. Rata-rata hasil pengujian TSP pada periode sampling tersebut berada di bawah baku mutu Peraturan Pemerintah No 22/2021 Lampiran VII, namun konsentrasi TSP menggunakan alat HVAS SIBATA HV-1000R pada tanggal 27-28 Juli 2022 adalah melebihi baku mutu yaitu 234 µg/m 3 .
Uji Banding Laboratorium Kalibrasi: Kalibrasi Sound Level Meter dengan Artefak Rion NL-10A. Seluruh instrumen yang berkaitan dengan mutu pengujian harus tertelusur pada standar nasional, sehingga dibutuhkan kegiatan kalibrasi. Istilah uji profisiensi dalam lingkup laboratorium kalibrasi dikenal dengan Uji Banding Laboratorium Kalibrasi (UBLK). Kegiatan yang dilakukan adalah membandingkan hasil pengukuran suatu laboratorium terhadap alat ukur kalibrasi standar yang telah ditentukan (artefak) dengan hasil pengukuran laboratorium peserta lainnya. Artefak diukur bergantian oleh tiap laboratorium sesuai dengan jadwal yang disepakati. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memenuhi kewajiban laboratorium untuk mengikuti uji banding kalibrasi dalam lingkup akreditasinya. Pengambilan data UBLK dilakukan oleh 6 (enam) laboratorium peserta untuk artefak Sound Level Meter (SLM) berlangsung pada tanggal 2 Mei - 10 Agustus 2018. Satu alat SLM terintegrasi dan presisi merek Rion NL-10A tipe 1 digunakan sebagai artefak. Parameter yang diukur dan dilaporkan dalam UBLK ini adalah pembobotan frekuensi A dan C pada tekanan bunyi normal 94 dB dalam rentang frekuensi 63 Hz – 8000 Hz dengan pita pemfilteran 1/1 oktaf, ditambah frekuensi 12500 Hz response time “F”. Hasil dari laboratorium peserta dibandingkan dengan nilai acuan sehingga didapatkan En-score, dan kriteria penilaian kinerja laboratorium acuan sesuai SNI ISO 13528:2016 dan ISO GUM, Hasil perhitungan En-score menunjukkan kategori memuaskan di hampir semua titik ukur. Ada 3 (tiga) laboratorium mendapatkan kategori tidak memuaskan yaitu pada bobot frekuensi A dengan titik ukur 12500 Hz yang dilakukan oleh Lab D, pada bobot frekuensi C dengan titik ukur 4000 Hz yang dilakukan oleh Lab E, serta titik ukur 12500 Hz yang dilakukan oleh Lab B dan Lab D. Diperlukan investigasi dan tindakan perbaikan oleh laboratorium yang memperoleh kategori tidak memuaskan.
