This paper presents the design of Preamplifier circuit for hearing aid in conventional and switched-capacitor based. The proposed circuit achieves good linearity in a wide range of frequency for amplification as compared with conventional type. The total power consumption of proposed preamplifier is 5.23fW. Undesired out-band high frequency noise can be removed by the proposed preamplifier circuit before connecting to ADC of front-end hearing aid. The front-end hearing aid device occupies less area and energy efficient. The simulation of design is done by LT SPICE-IV software.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
