О стрый коронарный синдром (ОКС), объединяющий ряд форм острого нарушения коронарного крово снабжения от нестабильной стенокардии до трансмураль ного ИМ, остается одной из наиболее актуальных проблем современно го мирового здравоохранения [1]. Процесс совершенствования методов диагностики и лечения весь ма динамичен и обусловлен сохраняющимися лидиру ющими позициями данной нозологии в инвалидизации и смертности населения многих стран [2, 3]. ВВЕДЕНИЕНа настоящий момент наиболее эффективным методом лечения лимфомы Ходжкина является про-ведение полихимиотерапии (ПХТ) [1,6]. Проведение эффективной, интенсифицированной химиотерапии в 10 % случаев ограничивается токсическим воздей-ствием высоких доз цитостатиков, которые обладают выраженным негативным влиянием на печень, повы-шающим риск развития тяжёлой печёночной недоста-точности, нередко осложняющейся энцефалопатией и приводящей к летальному исходу [5].До настоящего времени применяемые с целью профилактики и лечения лекарственного поражения печени (ЛПП) гепатопротекторы, несмотря на их разнообразие (карсил, сирепар и др.), недостаточно эффективны. Чаще всего при лечении ЛПП в онколо-гии используется сочетание гептрала и эссенциале Н. Данная комбинация также не всегда эффективна, и в определённом проценте случаев ЛПП осложняется печёночной энцефалопатией. Развитие осложнений поражения печени приводит к дополнительным эко-номическим затратам.Исходя из этого, целью настоящей работы являлось исследование фармакоэкономической эф-фективности применения гепатопротектора ремак-сол в лечении токсического ЛПП на примере группы больных лимфомой Ходжкина.
МАТЕРИАЛЫ И МЕТОДЫВ ретроспективном, открытом, сравнительном клиническом исследовании больные были разделены на две группы в зависимости от способа коррекции печёночной недостаточности на этапе ПХТ: основная группа (ОГ) (n = 25) -больные, получившие лечение с использованием ремаксола в интенсивной терапии ЛПП; группа клинического сравнения (ГКС) (n = 25) -больные, получившие стандартное лечение по-бочных эффектов химиотерапии с использованием традиционных методов терапии ЛПП комбинации эссенциале + гептрал.
