Given the constant debate on quality management, it can be considered that presenting results from the implementation of quality tools, from the perspective of what has already been produced, still contributes to the expansion of the discussion on ways of thinking about quality. It emphasizes the importance of applying methodologies that promote a technical and rational translation of medium/long-term objectives into executions aligned with them, such as the one exemplified in this work. Thus, through this work, we sought to contribute to theoretical debate and the practical implications of applying the "Hoshin Kanri" method, through a case study developed in a Brazilian private company in the multimodal logistics sector.
