Abstract. The authors introduce the centralized heat supply system of remote consumers which is based on the heat pump systems using secondary energy resources of a thermal power plant as a source of lowgrade heat. To assess the effectiveness of the proposed system, the indexes of thermal efficiency are given. The authors describe a mathematical model of determining the dependence of the discounted net profit of consumers' remoteness, the pipe diameter, and the thermal input of the consumer groups located in the city of Tyumen as a result of the introduction of heat pumps in the centralized heating based on the combined heat and power plant.
The article provides information about the ring heating system comprising heat pumps. The system is designed as a closed loop, which includes a pump, a thermal energy battery, and a heat pump. The evaporator is connected to the system of water intake from the well and the cooling system of air inside the greenhouse. The resulting thermal energy is consumed for the needs of heating and watering the greenhouse complex. We present a method for determining the dependence of the net present value on the temperatures in supply and return pipelines and temperature of low-potential heat source. The main economic indicators of the implementation of this system on a typical block greenhouse in the city of Tyumen are determined.
Improving the energy efficiency of compressor stations is currently an urgent problem in the gas industry. Increasing the pressure of the transported gas by compression with the use of gas turbine units as a compressor drive is the most energy-intensive heat-and-power process. The article discusses modern methods of increasing the energy efficiency of compressor s tations with gas pumping units operating based on gas turbine plants by utilizing the heat of exhaust gases from gas turbine plants. A complex system is considered, which includes a gas pumping unit, a gas turbine unit, a waste heat boiler and an absorption refrigeration machine, which allows preheating the gas in front of the combustion chamber, cooling the air before compression and heating water for the compressor station’s own needs by utilizing the heat of flue gases after the waste heat boiler and utilizing low-potential heat of compressed gas air coolers.
АннотацияВ статье представлено описание автоматизированной разработки в программе КОМПАС-3D библиотеки трехмерных моделей одной из составных частей приводов -ременной передачи. Ременную передачу широко применяют в различных машинах, в том числе сельскохозяйственного назначения. При проектировании приводов на этапе эскизного проекта часто необходимо с целью его оптимизации осуществить выбор двигателя (его тип, мощность, частоту оборотов), параметров ременной передачи: ремней, шкивов. Целесообразно варьирование при выборе элементов передачи выполнять в компоновочном режиме с использованием трехмерных моделей. Это позволяет выбрать наиболее удачный вариант расположения составных частей с точки зрения функциональных и эксплуатационных характеристик, а также экономической целесообразности. Для решения этой задачи необходима библиотека элементов привода, предпочтительно представленных в виде трехмерных моделей. Такой подход обусловлен тем, что компоненты данной передачи стандартизованы либо полностью, либо их форма и размеры. В работе представлена автоматизация создания библиотеки с использованием ресурсов (окно и таблица переменных) системы КОМПАС-3D. AbstractIn article, the description of the automated development is presented in the KOMPAS-3D program of library of threedimensional models of one of components of drives -the belt drive. The belt drive is widely used in various cars, including agricultural purpose. At design of drives at a stage of the outline sketch it is often necessary to carry out for the purpose of its optimization the choice of the engine (its type, power, frequency of turns), parameters of the belt drive: belts, pulleys. It is expedient to carry out variation at the choice of elements of transfer in the layout mode with use of three-dimensional models. It allows to choose the most successful option of an arrangement of components from the point of view of functional and operational characteristics and also economic feasibility. The library of the elements of the drive which are preferably presented in the form of three-dimensional models is necessary for the solution of this task. Such approach is connected with the fact that components of this transfer are standardized or completely, or their form and the sizes. In work automation of creation of library with use of resources (a window and the table of variables) of the KOMPAS-3D system is presented.
