Tight business competition, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic until the second semester in 2021, is still very much felt. Consumer incomes are starting to decline and the urgency of using technology is due to direct buying activities that are recommended to use electronic money more nowadays. The emergence of the e-commerce market has created vast market opportunities for retailers and logistics service providers, can increase purchase and sales satisfaction and can facilitate the ability of logistics service providers to manage greater. This is what makes us as researchers want to know how much influence e-commerce has on income, especially for MSMEs that have used e-commerce in the South Sumatra area. The population in this study is MSME users of e-commerce. The sampling technique used non-probability sampling with purposive sampling type obtained as many as 397 samples. By using the multiple linear regression technique, the results obtained that the interface, navigation, content, and reliability variables have a significant effect on the income of MSMEs in South Sumatra during the COVID-19 pandemic, while technical variables have no effect on the income of MSMEs in South Sumatra.
The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the participation in composing budget, organizational commitment, and professionalism on the performance of the BUMN Bank in Palembang. In addition, this institution is a company that also has branch offices, financial managers, operational managers, credit managers, and corporate finance such as Bank Mandiri, Bank Negara Indonesia. (BNI) and the State Savings Bank (BTN) of Palembang city which prioritizes 36 people. The sample that used is 36 people using a census is all the populations sampled. The technique to analyze data is multiple regression analysis with SPSS 21 software tools. The results of the study partially indicate that: (1) budget participation is positive and significant toward the managerial performance of Palembang City BUMN Bank, (2) organizational commitment is positive and significant toward managerial performance Palembang City BUMN Bank, and (3) professionalism that has a significant positive effect on the managerial performance of the BUMN Bank of Palembang City. And the results of the simultaneous testing also show that budget participation, organizational commitment, and professionalism have a positive and significant effect on the performance of managers of BUMN Bank Palembang City
The objective of this research is to identify the influence of return on equity, earnings per share, operating cash flow, size, debt to equity ratio, current ratio, and growth to dividend payout. Data collected from manufacturing companies that listed on Indonesian Stock Exchange for three years period 2014 to 2016. Sample selected by using purposive sampling method. There are 38 companies meet the criteria and used as sample. The statistical method used in this research is multiple regression. Result of this research showed that return on equity, earnings per share, and growth have influence dividend payout but operating cash flow, size, debt to equity ratio, and current ratio have no influence towards dividend policy. This research aims to determine the impact of privatization on the financial performance of State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This type of research is comparative, data sources using secondary data with data collection techniques using documentation and literature studies.The population in this research is all State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) that have been privatized in IDX. The sampling method uses purposive sampling with 5 companies. Data analysis techniques using normality testing, independent sample T-test, and Wilcoxon test. The results showed that there was a difference in the financial performance of SOES after privatization was seen from the ratio of solvency, activity, and solvency with significance values of 0.030, 0.170, and 0.001. Whereas if viewed from the liquidity ratio, the privatization does not give the difference in the financial performance of the State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) in IDX with a significance value of 0.088. This insulation also finds that privatization has a bad impact on the performance of State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) from profitability and activity ratios, but has a good impact when viewed from the ratio of solvency and liquidity.
