El trabajo doméstico y el cuidado de niñas, ancianas y enfermas de las mujeres rurales, crea plusvalía y riqueza económica, desarrolla la economía del cuidado para atender las necesidades de la familia y asegura el equilibrio social en el aspecto político. El valor del trabajo de las amas de casa en México equivale, en millones, a 21 % del Producto Interno Bruto (PIB), por encima del aporte del ramo de la construcción. El tiempo y el esfuerzo invertidos por las mujeres rurales equivale a cuatro jornadas de trabajo al día para atender la casa, el empleo, la familia, y la producción agrícola y pecuaria. Considerando la perspectiva de género, la teoría feminista y la economía del cuidado, se plantea la pregunta: si el trabajo doméstico y de cuidado agrega valor al PIB: ¿por qué no se paga? La investigación realiza una valoración económica del trabajo doméstico y del cuidado en familias rurales del municipio de Jilotepec, Estado de México y plantea el pago monetario del mismo.
Los objetivos de esta investigación fueron reflexionar sobre la influencia de las creencias socioculturales tradicion ales sob re la sexualidad y reproducción de jóvenes rurales en Salinas de Hidalgo , San Luís Potosí , y presentar las percepciones y prácticas de relaciones de género respe c to a la sexualidad y reproducción de los y las adolescentes rur ales . El fundamento teórico se basa en la Perspectiva de Género y F eminismo . L a metodología empleada fue de tipo cualitativa en las entrevistas a profundi dad y Observación P articipante . El trabajo de campo se realizó en Salinas de Hidalgo, San Luis Potosí durante 2012 con población juvenil, familiar, ministerio público y asistente social.
Las políticas públicas del gobierno incrementan el financiamiento de microempresas de mujeres rurales para crear riqueza y disminuir la pobreza en el campo. La pregunta es ¿qué condiciones son necesarias para que los proyectos productivos pasen a ser microempresas? El objetivo es analizar, con enfoque de género, las condiciones financieras, organizativas, productivas, comerciales y sociales de las mujeres que permitan transitar de proyectos productivos a microempresas. La hipótesis plantea que las condiciones para pasar de proyectos productivos a microempresas están relacionadas con: a) una política de desarrollo con enfoque GED; b) relaciones de género equitativas en la familia y sociedad rural; c) educación para leer y escribir; d) capacitación laboral acorde con la demanda del mercado; e) asesoría administrativa contable; y f) acciones af irmativas que promuevan el f inanciamiento asequible. El trabajo de campo se realizó en Champotón durante 2014, aplicando metodología cualitativa con entrevistas, grupo focal y observación participante a funcionarios(as), instituciones financieras y mujeres de 4 proyectos productivos. Los resultados mostraron las dificultades que encuentran las mujeres en el acceso a los créditos, falta de capacitación en administración y comercialización, de estructura organizativa, de infraestructura (transporte, almacenamiento), y entorno social poco favorable a la igualdad de género. La conclusión muestra que además del incremento en el financiamiento de las microempresas de mujeres es necesario considerar los graves obstáculos en la gestión de dichas microempresas, en la capacitación, organización, producción, comercialización y entorno social-familiar de género.
