The purpose of this research is to: 1) synthesize documents and international research of intelligent interactive learning platforms for seamless learning ecosystems to enhance citizens’ lifelong digital learning 2) design an intelli-gent interactive learning platform for a seamless learning ecosystem to en-hance citizens’ lifelong digital learning 3) assess the suitability of the intelligent interactive learning platform for seamless learning ecosystem. Ten experts were selected. They had to have had more than five years of relevant experience in the field consisting of expertise in System. Architec-ture, intelligent learning platforms, seamless learning ecosystems and citi-zens’ lifelong digital learning. The research instruments were a suitability as-sessment form for an intelligent interactive learning platform for seam-less learning ecosystems to enhance citizens’ lifelong digital learning. The results of this research found that the intelligent interactive learning plat-form for a seamless learning ecosystem to enhance citizens’ lifelong digital learning, was developed and it was appropriate.
Nowadays spreading of COVID-19, people are more at home and less physi-cally active in the long run, which may affect their health. Moreover, cur-rently, there are many facilities that make human life more comfortable. Various technologies are being used to assist with daily activities. Including the perception of news has changed to the perception of news through the Internet. For this reason, this research has been working about intelligent digital learning platform to enhance digital health literacy, the research objec-tives are as follows. 1) synthesize documents and international research of intelligent digital learning platform to enhance digital health literacy 2) design an intelligent digital learning platform to enhance digital health literacy 3) as-sess the suitability of intelligent digital learning platform to enhance digital health literacy. Will use ten experts as assessors. Those ten peoples are divid-ed into five computer engineering technology experts and five medical technology experts who have more than five years of related experience. The research instruments were a suitability assessment form for in-telligent digital learning platform to enhance digital health literacy. The re-sults of this research found that the intelligent digital learning platform to enhance digital health literacy, was developed and it was appropriate.
This paper aims to propose the Quality of Experience (QoE) models based on the expectation and/or the perception of 5G users to evaluate for Mean Opinion Score (MOS) for real-time or interactive services/applications with high reliability. Therefore, based on the fundamental QoE concept, the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) decision making technique has been applied. Seven participants or evaluators were recruited for the interview remotely via phone calls. From the analysis using AHP technique, the coefficients or weights for the impairment parameters, consisting of loss, delay and jitter were obtained. Also, the weights of the focused parameters reveal that according to the participants' opinions, loss can generate a worse quality issue when compared with delay and jitter.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
