Mithilfe aktiver Traceability wird durch die Verknüpfung von Maschinen-, Prozess- und Produktdaten die Transparenz über Produktionsprozesse gesteigert. Anhand der Umsetzungen im Transferprojekt ArePron wird in diesem Beitrag beispielhaft aufgezeigt, welche konkreten Industrieanwendungen sich durch die Nutzung dieser Traceability-Daten realisieren lassen. Dabei werden Anwendungen aus den Bereichen Kundendienstleistung, Echtzeitabbild von Leistungskennzahlen, Dynamische Prozesssteuerung, Prozessanalyse sowie Lagermanagement betrachtet.**)
Traceability-Systeme werden im Kontext von Industrie 4.0 vermehrt zur Datengenerierung eingesetzt und befähigen eine Vielzahl datenbasierter Anwendungen entlang der Wertschöpfungskette. Die vorgestellte Interviewstudie vermittelt einen Einblick zur Umsetzung von Traceability-Systemen in der industriellen Praxis am Beispiel der Elektronikindustrie. Die Ergebnisse dokumentieren das Vorgehen der befragten Unternehmen bei der Konzeption, Implementierung und Evaluation von Traceability-Lösungen.

Process Mining ist zur Datenanalyse in der Produktion noch wenig verbreitet. In diesem Beitrag wird untersucht, welche Potenziale der Einsatz von Process Mining in der Produktion bietet. Dabei werden die unmittelbaren Zusammenhänge von Input-Daten und der resultierenden Wissensextraktion aufgezeigt. Der beispielhafte Einsatz von Process Mining in einem Industrieunternehmen zeigt darüber hinaus, welche Faktoren bei der Anwendung besonders erfolgskritisch sind.

Assistenzsysteme zur digitalen Informationsbereitstellung in der Produktion versprechen ein großes Potenzial, Wertschöpfungsprozesse effizienter zu gestalten. Bei der Konzeptionierung solcher Systeme sind sowohl prozessbedingte und datentechnische als auch personalbezogene Aspekte zu berücksichtigen. In diesem Beitrag wird daher ein interdisziplinäres Vorgehensmodell zur Lösungsentwicklung anhand eines Industrieprojekts in einem Unternehmen der zerspanenden Auftragsfertigung aufgezeigt.
