In Vietnam, mental health in academic institutes is currently a topical issue that is significantly concerned by parents, schools, educational administrators and management levels. Research objective: To assess the current situation of extroverted behavior of students from 15 to 18 years old. Methodology: The study was conducted on a sample of 251 students in Hanoi, Vietnam, including: 46 15-year-old students, 77 16-year-old students, 34 17-year-old students and 94 18-year-old students. The method was applied is Youth Self Report (YSR) measure which is a part of the ASEBA built by psychologist T.M. Achenbach. Research results: research have shown that students' expression levels of extroverted behavior were quite diverse and mainly focused on delinquent and aggressive behavior. At the same time, there was a significant difference when comparing the delinquent and aggressive behavior with the students' conduct scores, in which for the weak conduct score students have the average score of delinquent behavior higher than the ones in the remaining conduct group (M1>M2, M3, M4; p=0.00).

This research article examines the significance of efficient administrative management in international higher education institutions and addresses the specific challenges faced in managing activities effectively. The objective of this study is to propose an administrative management strategy tailored to the context of Vietnam's international higher education institutions. Drawing upon existing literature, theoretical frameworks related to organizational management, leadership, governance, and strategic planning are explored to inform the development of the strategy. The unique characteristics and challenges of the Vietnamese higher education system, particularly in relation to internationalization efforts, are described, highlighting the importance of aligning administrative management strategies with local context while incorporating international best practices. Essential components of an efficient administrative management strategy, including organizational structure, decision-making processes, resource allocation, staff development and training, technology integration, and quality assurance, are identified and discussed in detail. Successful case studies and best practices from international higher education institutions are analyzed, providing valuable lessons and insights that are relevant and applicable to the Vietnamese context. Specific recommendations and guidelines are provided for Vietnamese higher education institutions seeking to enhance their administrative management practices, considering cultural, institutional, and regulatory factors.

It is considered a vital issue that determines the survival of any business. Education is a specific area and brand advertising needs its own strategy. In the context of today’s powerful digital transformation, Vietnam’s universities are making specific plans to begin their own transformations. We assert that digital communication in school brand communication is an important aspect of the digital transformation process at universities. Federating the on-campus digital data is fundamental to planning and executing brand communication programs for universities. Digital transformation plays an important part in improving the quality and efficiency of universities’ operation and their brand communication, whose mission is to showcase their educational achievements, establish competitive advantages and maintain social reputation.
Research objectives: this study aims to clarify the role of knowledge in social development, and open knowledge management in higher education. Research Methods: The authors mainly use theoretical research methods. Research through documents: retrospective, summarizing, systematizing theories from domestic and foreign studies, selected documents closely related to the task of knowledge research, knowledge management, thereby, act as a scientific basis for further studies to propose appropriate measures for higher education in Vietnam in the digital transformation period in education. Research results: the study shows the role of knowledge in the process of social development. In addition, the study points out the importance of open knowledge management to the training process in universities.
