Parahydrogen‐induced polarization is used for the continuous generation of hyperpolarized molecules. Constant 1H and 13C NMR signal enhancement is demonstrated using a continuous delivery of parahydrogen by hollow fiber membranes (see picture, left), which allows the acquisition of two‐dimensional NMR signals requiring multiple acquisitions with constant initial polarization.
Parawasserstoff‐induzierte Polarisation ermöglicht die kontinuierliche Erzeugung hyperpolarisierter Moleküle. Die konstante Verstärkung von 1H‐ und 13C‐NMR‐Signalen mithilfe einer kontinuierlichen Parawasserstoff‐Zufuhr durch Hohlfasermembranen wird vorgestellt (links im Bild). So gelingt die Akquisition zweidimensionaler NMR‐Signale, für die Mehrfachakquisitionen mit konstanter Anfangspolarisation notwendig sind.
