As aging causes challenges in several countries globally, more and more people are suffering from bad health conditions. Nowadays, COVID-19 causes many problems—and one of the root causes of these problems is the isolation of people from each other. The aim of our article is to investigate the effects of COVID-19 on people’s physical activity. Physical activity is strongly correlated with health status and health preservation is very important to minimize the negative effects of the pandemic. In order to investigate this topic, we prepared an extended literature review, citing the most important sources of COVID-related health-preservation issues. Our results showed that the negative economic effects of the coronavirus pandemic have caused a decrease in physical activities in several cases. A reduction in possible physical activities has a potential negative effect on the life expectancies of elderly people. In order to underline the importance of physical activities, we prepared an extended literature review, aiming to summarize the available knowledge related to COVID-19. As a conclusion we recommend to strengthen, maintain, and develop available sporting possibilities for people. The most important of these recommendations is the development of physical activities that are available for free.
The aim of our article is to show the importance of the agriculture in the global life. One of the most important challenges of the world to produce enough food for the growing population of the Earth. The food production needs to be increased not only because of the growth in population but also because of the changing dietary habits. While the agriculture tries to produce more food they have to solve several problems. Increasing need for water, soil degradation and climate changethese are only a few of the most important problems we are facing right now. We have to increase the agricultural production on less arable landbut the question is: how? The role of education and especially the agricultural education became much more important in this case. Prior researches showed that for the improvement in the skills and knowledge of the farmers and agricultural employees we have to analyse the actual situation and challenges of the agricultural education. To serve the needs of the precision agriculture, the educational system have to pay attention for the changing needs of the agricultural system. During the reform of higher education and the agricultural higher education the most actual developments have to be included in the curricula. The labour market wants the higher education to offer actual knowledge for the students and for professionals as well during formal, informal and non-formal education as well. As the technology used by agriculture is continuously developing the employees and the farmers need different courses as parts of the lifelong learning systems.
Napjaink legérdekesebb szakszociológiai kutatásainak egyikét a vidék sajátosságainak feltárása képzi. Ezen belül kiemelt jelentőséggel bír a vidék életképessége és lakosság megtartó képessége, melynek igen fontos pillére, hogy a fiatalok helyben maradjanak vagy vissza akarjanak oda térni, és képesek legyenek a helyi fejlődéshez minél hatékonyabban hozzájárulni. Ebben sokféle tényező játszik szerepet, így például a munkahely, a környezeti és szociális tényezők, vagy épp a szabadidős lehetőségek és a sportindíttatás is. Jelen kutatásunkban többek között arra kerestük a választ, hogy a kvalitatív felmérésben résztvevő felsőoktatási hallgatók hogyan vélekednek a hazai vidékről, annak előnyeiről és hátrányairól, a benne rejlő lehetőségekről, emellett vizsgáltuk azon tényezőket is, amelyek közrejátszhatnak abban, hogy a válaszadók – feladva korábbi lakhelyüket – a nagyvárosban maradás mellett döntenek, illetve melyek lehetnek azok, amik visszatéríthetik őket vidékre. Végül, de nem utolsó sorban egy igen érdekes témát, a megkérdezettek vidéki elithez való viszonyát vettük górcső alá.
Cikkünkben áttekintést nyújtunk a magyar agrárium, és a magyar agrár-felsőoktatás jelenlegi helyzetére vonatkozóan. Bemutatjuk az agrárium helyzetének alakulását a világ különböző nemzetgazdaságaiban, illetve a hazai agráriumot is. Ismertetjük az ágazatban dolgozók képzettségi szintjét és életkorát. Kitérünk az agrárfelsőoktatási mutatószámokra, problémákra, jövőképre.
