Delve into a topic like the gender violence is not an easy task. Given the magnitude and concern that exist about the phenomenon, it has come to occupy an important position in the international arena, socializing the rejection of this kind of conducts and encouraging legislative initiatives in order to eradicate it. Precisely, the Spanish State introduced the Integral Law OL 1/2004 as a new solution tool against generated violence to the women, simply because they are women, implementing a series of integral, multidisciplinary and cross-cutting measures to attend, prevent, punish and eradicate the gender violence, converting this law in a global reference for eradicate the phenomenon that damages, discriminates and kills to women.
Uma proposta é apresentada sobre as competências exigidas no perfil de um pesquisador educacional devido às novas exigências das políticas de pesquisa do Conselho Nacional de Ciência e Tecnologia no México, com a intenção de orientar pesquisas para projetos de impacto social e relevância de acordo com programas nacionais estratégicos e a nova realidade imposta pela pandemia COVID-19. Diante dessa realidade, propõe-se a fortalecer as habilidades que o pesquisador do nível universitário tradicionalmente tem tido, mas também incorporar outras que para muitos pesquisadores - especialmente as de disciplinas teóricas - são novas: a competência para a gestão, a competência para a articulação e a busca por financiamento. Assim propõe um novo perfil que se adapte a uma realidade em mudança e incerteza. A metodologia baseia-se na análise das evidências de diversos estudos e na adequação das novas políticas propostas no contexto mexicano. Para a proposta, é feita uma análise das competências tradicionais de acordo com a literatura e uma comparação com as competências exigidas pelas novas políticas institucionais e pela nova realidade.
This article aims to analyze under the gender lens the perception of full-time researchers who are part of the National System of Researchers (SNI by its acronym in Spanish, Sistema Nacional de Investigadores). The texts focus on the conditions that impact on the production of knowledge and academic freedom in two university contexts in Mexico, with the purpose of demonstrating the disadvantages that the sociocultural patterns of the sex-gender system imply for the work and performance of the women researchers; in addition to certify if these can be elements that avoid breaking with the glass ceiling in educational institutions, and reach the desired family conciliation. The empirical analysis results from a research entitled “Academic freedom and the conditions of collective production and mobilization of knowledge of researchers”, which involved 25 interviews in two Mexican Public Higher Education Institutions: the University of Guadalajara (U of G) and the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM). Both are part of the rainking that evaluate the best Higher Education Institutions in Latin America.
