Objective: To compare the frequency, pattern and treatment modalities of mandibular fracture. Methods: Study January 2012 to December 2016. Total 88 patients (61 males and 27 females) with mandible fracture. Result: Of the 88 patients road traffic accident was the common most cause. Age of the patients ranged from 1-70 years with 32 patients in their second decade, condyle was commonest (23 patients) followed by parasymphysis in 21 patients. Open reduction was done in 49 patients and observations in 3 patients. Conclusion: The common most cause of mandibular trauma is road traffic accident with condyle being the most common.
