Since healthy human is basis of permanent development in any society, and safety & health subject have special importance, then examination and investigation is necessary about of risks working for the purpose of recognition danger and guiding to eliminate them. In this study, object is to compare effect of change engine rotation and ground type on operator of tractors and implements that utilized. In other words, the goal is to measurement and analysis of transmitted vibration on different parts of human body. In this investigation universal tractor and ferguson285 &299 tractors with moldboard plough and disk are used. Hand-Arm vibration's operator in 1300, 1500 and 1700 rpm and in ploughing field and unploughing field with hand-arm vibration meter are measured. After statistical analysis, appeared that effective vibration difference on hand and arm's operator in examined tractors is significant and engine rotation is significant too.
This article investigates a fault detection system of MF285 Tractor gearbox empirically. After designing and constructing the laboratory set up, the vibration signals obtained using a Piezoelectric accelerometer which has been installed on the Bearing housings are related to rotary gear number 1 in two directions perpendicular to the shaft and in line with the shaft. The vector data were conducted in three different speeds of shaft 1500, 1000 and 2000 rpm and 130 repetitions were performed for each data vector state to increase the precision of neural network by using more data. Data captured were transformed to frequency domain for analyzing and input to the neural network by Fourier transform. To do neural network analysis, significant features were selected using a genetic algorithm and compatible neural network was designed with data captured. According to the results of the best output mode for each position of the sensor network in 1000, 1500 and 2000 rpm, totally for the six output models, all function parameters for MATLAB Software quality content calculated to evaluate network performance. These experiments showed that the overall mean correlation coefficient of the network to adapt to the mechanism of defect detection and classification system is equal to 99.9%.
In this research, the experiment is done by a dryer. It could provide any desired drying air temperature between 20 and 120°C and air relative humidity between 5 and 95% and air velocity between 0.1 and 5.0 m/s with high accuracy, and the drying experiment was conducted at five air temperatures of 40, 50, 60, 70 and 80°C and at three relative humidity 20, 40 and 60% and air velocity of 1.5, 2 and 2.5 m/s to dry Basil leaves. Then with developed Program in MATLAB software and by Genetic Algorithm could find the best Feed-Forward Neural Network (FFNN) structure to model the moisture content of dried Basil in each condition; anyway the result of best network by GA had only one hidden layer with 11 neurons. This network could predict moisture content of dried basil leaves with correlation coefficient of 0.99.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
