The crisis events and processes that resulted from the COVID-2019 pandemic are one of the most important problems for today's economy. The article is not limited to classical concepts, but contains many new and modern, in particular, the paper attempts to form a mechanism of crisis management of the enterprise in a new phenomenon and concept – low touch economy. The object of the article is the process of impact of crisis phenomena on the financial and economic condition of the enterprise. The subject of the article is the mechanism of crisis management of the enterprise in the economy of minimal contact, as an effective way to overcome financial and economic problems. The purpose of the article is to develop recommendations and effective measures to prevent and overcome the main consequences of crisis phenomena and processes. In the process of performing research the following general scientific and special research methods were used, in particular: analysis, synthesis, comparison, system approach, factor analysis. An element of the scientific novelty of the work is the formation of the mechanism of crisis management of the enterprise in the economy of minimal contact and the development of a modified DuPont model on the impact of a number of factors on sales profitability. Objectives of the study: explore the essence of the low touch economy; analyze the impact of the pandemic on the economy of Ukraine; identify the main trends in the impact of crisis phenomena in the economy; choose an industry that needs urgent attention and influence; to study the industry and its enterprises and identify crisis phenomena; to investigate crisis phenomena and to consider the anti-crisis mechanism for their overcoming; to offer a set of basic anti-crisis measures to overcome the main problems of the industry and its enterprises and the consequences of working in extreme conditions. The practical significance of the obtained results lies in the proposal to implement a number of recommendations and measures for effective overcoming and future prevention of anti-crisis processes and the consequences of their impact on the economy.
The article examines the main problems and obstacles to the functioning of the economy of Ukraine in the conditions of martial law. An analysis and assessment of the amount of damage caused to business and the civilian population during hostilities was carried out. The growth of negative trends in the environment of the functioning of enterprises was revealed, in particular, we are talking about breaks in logistics chains and risks of business reorganization. It has been proven that the war created a high level of uncertainty in Ukrainian business, as a result of which we observe the appearance of more and more new enterprises that stop their economic activity. The influence of the war on the export and agricultural potential of Ukraine is studied. It has been found that the war increases the risks of a global food crisis every day. It has been proven that the agricultural sector of Ukraine needs significant help and support. The set of main factors that help support the agricultural market of Ukraine was considered, and the latest state programs for supporting and stimulating the agricultural sector of Ukraine, as one of the most strategically important sectors of the economy, were evaluated. An analysis and assessment of the current state of business and its sectoral transformation in war conditions has been carried out. The main problems that prevent business from recovering and functioning effectively in war conditions are identified, and potential sources of assistance for Ukrainian business are identified. The peculiarities of state policy in the conditions of martial law are considered and the main directions of business development of Ukraine in the conditions of war are highlighted. Attention is paid to the state program of business relocation, as an effective tool for protecting enterprises and ensuring their functioning in critical conditions of war. Considerable attention is paid to the policy of state crediting, in particular to the program of concessional crediting «5–7–9%», as an effective tool that helps to support and activate business activities in the conditions of war and to provide effective support to agricultural producers who currently work in extreme conditions. The effectiveness of the introduction of a zero lending rate and the abolition of the excise tax on the import of gasoline and diesel fuel into Ukraine has been proven. It is worth noting that our economy is currently operating in extremely difficult and extreme conditions, and our research proves Ukraine's urgent need for effective economic solutions, which, in particular, the government implements through measures of state support and stimulation of business development in our country in these difficult times.
The problem of rational use of energy resources, increasing the level of energy efficiency and energy security is a necessary condition for the harmonious economic and social development of Ukraine. Renewable energy is a global trend and one of the most promising energy industries in the world. "Green" energy is able to provide the energy needs of all mankind and therefore requires significant attention. Its environmental friendliness and cost-effectiveness speak for themselves, as a result, today all developed countries are taking a cue from the popularization and development of renewable energy, and Ukraine is no exception. Ukraine has significant potential in the field of renewable energy, as evidenced by the main indicators of capacity, production and consumption. It is worth noting the investment attractiveness of this industry. In the paper has been investigated the role of renewable energy sources in the energy balance of Ukraine. The process of carrying out was accompanied by the use of the following general scientific and special research methods, in particular: analysis, synthesis, comparison during the study of the world experience in the development of renewable energy and the determination of promising directions of development. development of renewable energy sources in Ukraine; comparative and retrospective analysis and abstraction to determine the main trends and features of the development of the renewable energy sector of Ukraine, as well as to assess the investment opportunities of entrepreneurship; mathematical modeling to justify the energy and economic efficiency of bioenergy development in Ukraine; economic and statistical - to assess the state of renewable energy in Ukraine; tabular and graphic - for visual display of statistical material and schematic display of theoretical and practical provisions of the study. The segmentation of renewable energy and the analysis of capacities made it possible to determine the main prospects and directions of investment in the industry, based on the example of world experience, and the role of investments for the development of this industry was determined. The paper was carried out an assessment of the development potential of bioenergy in Ukraine based on agricultural crop waste

Renewable energy has quickly become a global trend and is currently one of the most promising energy industries in the world. Today, all developed countries have focused on the promotion and development of renewable energy and Ukraine is not an exception. Today, Ukraine has significant potential in the field of renewable energy, as evidenced by the main indicators of capacity, production and consumption. It should be noted the significant inflow of investment into the industry. Investment activity is important in the development of alternative energy sources and using existing potential is not only domestic but also significant international importance as a significant factor which we can use to protect global warming. For Ukraine, the development of renewable energy is also a very important area of energy development due to its dependence on energy imports and very attractive conditions for the development of alternative energy. Renewable energy production technologies allow use such devices for energy systems and consumers, which can act as businesses and individuals, which in turn help to increase the number of investors and investment. That is why the assessment of the efficiency of renewable energy in Ukraine is an urgent and important task for all consumers and the energy system of our country as a whole. In 2019, Ukraine entered to the top-20 of the world ranking of countries in terms of investment in renewable energy sources, and the growth of investment flows into the Ukrainian energy sector remains relatively dynamic. However, it was found that the issue of reviving investment activity remains relevant. The article analyzes in detail the role of renewable energy in the energy balance of Ukraine, their segmentation and capacity analysis. Considerable attention is paid to the most powerful and promising sectors, as well as the main areas of renewable energy consumption are analyzed in percentage terms. The main prospects and directions of investment are analyzed, on the example of world experience, and the role of investments for the development of this industry is determined. An analysis of scientific forecasts for future capacity and consumption of renewable energy was also conducted.
