This article considers the approaches to early diagnostics of business conflicts within the system of business social responsibility forming during the process of thorough decision-making, and under conditions of uncertainty regarding the flow of business activity for the purposes of 'problematic' companies' crisis recovery and competitiveness restoration. Itshows that a quality business activity should presuppose elements of early identification of signs of business conflicts with the search for possible instruments to neutralize them. This is currently an important condition for business development. The study was also aimed at aspects of the impact of business conflicts on the diagnosed level of economic protectability of 'problematic' economic entities and their crisis recovery as full-pledged participants of business activity social responsibility system development-a constituent of the state economic development. We drew the methodology for detection of conflict situations based on signs of business conflicts identification, and suggested an innovational approach to modeling of the business uncertainty level with timely settlement of business conflicts. We carried out an analysis of major subsystems of crisis company management during the emergence of conflict situations that effectively influence the restoration of competitiveness and the system of forming social responsibility in today's business world.
Economic development is rapidly growing. In the late 20th century, the experience economy is gaining in importance. When choosing a particular product or service, the priority is given to that impressing the buyer at the psychological level and causing some feelings and emotions. The urgency of this article is due to the need for a more detailed study of the marketing processes development in the current context. The principles of the experience economy formation are considered, and four sectors of impressions are also clarified. The article researches and systematizes scientific views on the experience marketing – a new direction of the relationship between the insurance brand and real and potential consumers of insurance products, and considers how its tools can be implemented. The essence of the experience marketing concept is defined. The article analyzes the experience marketing instruments – the event communication of insurance companies, the peculiarities of the insurance museums operated in different countries of the world. Particular attention is paid to event marketing as an effective tool for advancing insurance services.
In this scientific article, the etymology of the term «ombudsman» is explored, the features of the institution of the financial ombudsman in Poland are revealed. The genesis of establishment of an institution is analyzed and determined the factors that contributed to its appearance. The features of the financing of the institution Rzecznika Finansowego are outlined, the current trends in processing requests from insurance companies are determined. The role of the financial ombudsman in the development of the financial market of Poland has been identified. The list of proposals on improving the norms of the draft law of Ukraine «On the establishment of a financial ombudsman» has been formed, based on positive Polish experience. It is proved that the mission of the financial ombudsman institution in Poland is to take measures in the area of protecting clients of financial market participants, to represent their interests in applying the provisions of legal acts in accordance with the principles of social coexistence. There is studied the structure of the financial ombudsman office of Poland, which works under the direct supervision of the ombudsman and consists of departments: client of the insurance and pension markets; client of the banking market and capital market; out-of-court settlement of disputes; administrative and financial. In the course of the analysis, two main models of the behavior of the financial ombudsman in Poland are outlined: intervention, the main purpose of which is to support clients in the dispute, and mediation-settlement of the dispute by concluding a settlement agreement. The number of insurance claims received by the insurance and financial ombudsman of Poland and the percentage of their satisfaction by financial institutions during 1995-2017 was monitored. The research was initiated by a group of scientists within the framework of the organization and holding of the international conference «Institute of Financial Ombudsman-Ukrainian View on Polish Experience» based on Krakow University of Economics and contains a modern analysis of the most important issues concerning relations between the financial ombudsman of Poland, insurance companies and consumers of insurance services. On the basis of the developed positive Polish experience of the Financial Ombudsman Institute, a list of proposals for improving the norms of the draft Law of Ukraine «On the Establishment of a Financial Ombudsman» was prepared.
The article presents the research and rationale of theoretical issues and applied decisions regarding the influence of enterprises and the mechanism of managing production processes with regeneration (renovation) on the competitiveness. Mathematical tools were developed and methods for calculating basic economic indicators were suggested, namely, the starting factors and direct regulatory costs for materials; the economic and mathematical model of production processes with regeneration was designed, which allows comparing the output of production with the cost of its manufacturing and the improvements of the competitiveness of strategically important enterprises.
