Abstract. Analysis and Design of Communication and Information Technology Through analysis and design of this system the authors intended to provide suggestions for institution to implement the ICT Asset Management Information System (SIMATIK). This information system has been successfully designed and provide ICT asset information management functionality that includes the registration of assets, asset allocation, transfer of assets, calculating depreciation, valuation of assets, maitencance records, removal of assets, asset tracking, and reporting. Designing ICT asset management information system is done with web-based (intranet) and with object-oriented approach (OOA).Keywords: asset management, asset management information system, object oriented apporach.Abstrak. Pengelolaan aset barang di ASMI Santa Maria selama ini dilakukan dengan aplikasi MS Excel dalam format daftar inventaris barang. Aplikasi ini memiliki keterbatasan seperti tiadanya rekod detil aset barang, kesulitan melakukan penghitungan yang komplek seperti penilaian aset, terbatasnya akses pihak lain yang membutuhkan, dan informasi kurang dapat menangani penatausahaan aset barang yang dapat memberikan informasi real-time, akurat, terintegrasi, dan userfriendly. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan merancang kebutuhan sistem untuk mengelola aset TIK di ASMI Santa Maria Yogyakarta. Melalui analisis dan perancangan sistem ini penulis bermaksud memberikan usulan bagi lembaga untuk mengimplementasikan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Aset TIK (SIMATIK). Sistem informasi ini telah berhasil dirancang dan menyediakan fungsionalitas pengelolaan informasi aset TIK yang meliputi registrasi aset, penempatan aset, pemindahan aset, penghitungan depresiasi, penilaian aset, pencatatan maintenance, penghapusan aset, pelacakan aset, dan pembuatan laporan. Perancangan Sistem informasi manajemen aset TIK ini dilakukan dengan berbasis web (intranet) dan dengan pendekatan berorientasi objek (OOA).Kata Kunci: Manajemen aset, sistem informasi manajemen aset, pendekatan berorientasi objek.
To date, online shopping using e-commerce services becomes a trend. The emergence of e-commerce truly helps people to shop more effectively and efficiently. However, there are still some problems encountered in e-commerce, especially from the user perspective. This research aims to explore user review data, particularly on factors that influence user perception of e-commerce applications, classify, and identify potential solutions to finding problems in e-commerce applications. Data is grabbed using web scraping techniques and classified using proper machine learning, i.e., support vector machine (SVM). Text associations and fishbone analysis are performed based on the classified user review data. The results of this study show that the user satisfaction problem can be captured. Furthermore, various services that should be provided as a potential solution to experienced customers' problems or application users' perception problems can be generated. A detailed discussion of these findings is available in this article.
Abstract. Decision Support System of Students’ Study Speed Prediction Using ID3 Method. Speed can be a decisive period of study a student taking a degree in sajana. In this study would be built applications that serve to speed decision making predictions Students study Computer Science University of Atma Jaya Yogyakarta. Students will be expected sooner or later than the period of study by taking one course or thesis that will be undertaken after a certain semesters. There are many methods of classification of one method of ID3 (Induction Decision 3 'Tree'). Development system in this study made use of intelligent systems-based applications. The results achieved after the system is formed, among others, sophisticated and intelligent system capable of storing past data is used as a reference for decision making, where students with certain criteria can know the travel time of their studies, and can refer to the database so the system can be more detailed and rigorous in determining the choice. Keywords: study period speed, Decision Support Systems, ID3, Intelligent Systems Kecepatan masa studi dapat menjadi penentu seorang mahasiswa dalam menempuh gelar sajana. Dalam penelitian ini akan dibangun aplikasi yang berfungsi untuk pengambilan keputusan prediksi kecepatan studi Mahasiswa Teknik Informatika Universitas Atma Jaya Yogyakarta. Mahasiswa akan diprediksi cepat atau lambatnya masa studi dalam menempuh mata kuliah maupun skripsi yang akan dijalani setelah semester tertentu. Ada banyak metode klasifikasi salah satunya metode ID3 (Induction Decision 3 ‘Tree’). Pembangunan sistem dalam penelitian ini dibuat menggunakan aplikasi berbasis sistem cerdas. Hasil yang dicapai setelah sistem ini terbentuk antara lain sistem canggih dan cerdas yang mampu menyimpan data masa lalu yang digunakan sebagai acuan pengambilan keputusan, dimana mahasiswa dengan kriteria tertentu dapat diketahui masa tempuh studi mereka, serta dapat mengacu pada database sehingga sistem dapat lebih detail serta teliti dalam menentukan pilihan. Kata Kunci: kecepatan masa studi, Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, ID3, Sistem Cerdas
Kampus Merdeka concept of providing work experiences to students is basically an experiential learning approach to support the achievement of learning outcomes. The effectiveness of experiential learning requires some factors. One of those is student readiness, which is affected by student preference and perception. This study conducted a survey to students in a private university in Yogyakarta, Indonesia, about students' preferences and perceptions on Kampus Merdeka experiential learning programs. The results show that students' preferences and perceptions vary. Three most interesting programs according to students are internship, student exchange, and humanitarian program. Three most avoided programs depend on the discipline. Students from STEM discipline tend to avoid independent project, teaching, and entrepreneur program, while students from HS discipline tend to not taking independent project, research, and teaching. The two most reasons of not choosing a program are students' interest to the programs and students' perception on the program. The insights coming from the survey is that the students still do not really understand and aware to the Kampus Merdeka experiential learning programs. Thus, some actions related to knowledge sharing and awareness are required to be taken.
