Nos últimos anos, a utilização de redes sociais aumentou consideravelmente, permitindo que as pessoas compartilhem informações de forma rápida. Verificou-se, com esse cenário, um aumento da autoexposição dos indivíduos. O fato gera maior preocupação quando envolve a superexposição da intimidade e da privacidade de crianças e de adolescentes. Mesmo sem a intenção de prejudicar os filhos, os pais podem expor crianças e adolescentes a diferentes riscos. Este estudo tem, como objetivo, avaliar o direito ao esquecimento, no contexto do oversharenting, como importante instrumento para a proteção da intimidade e da privacidade dos filhos. Utiliza-se o método dedutivo, com uma abordagem qualitativa, descritiva e teórica, realizada a partir de pesquisa bibliográfica em livros, artigos jurídicos e legislações brasileiras e estrangeiras, para se concluir que, apesar de o ordenamento jurídico brasileiro ainda não contemplar o direito ao esquecimento, sua implementação em casos de oversharenting é fundamental ao desenvolvimento da personalidade dos filhos.
Este artigo tem como objetivo o estudo das relações entre o cyberbullying e o direito fundamental à liberdade de expressão. Primeiramente, será feita uma abordagem acerca da Internet, ressaltando aspectos relevantes, sua criação e desenvolvimento no Brasil. Ainda nesse tópico é estudada a esfera privada e sua invasão à esfera pública e, por fim, a criação do Marco Civil da Internet. No tocante ao cyberbullying, destaca-se que este é uma espécie de bullying no meio virtual, que se utiliza, muitas vezes, da liberdade de expressão como forma de justificar as ofensas aos direitos à imagem e à honra. No quarto tópico a liberdade de expressão estudada, ressaltando-se que, apesar de ser um direito fundamental do ser humano, não pode ser considerada como absoluta, tendo como limites os direitos da personalidade. Ao final, entende-se que o cyberbullying é um problema de saúde pública mundial, uma vez que as consequências são devastadoras, de tal maneira que são necessárias tutelas jurídicas específicas para inibir a prática desses atos. A metodologia empregada foi qualitativa e teórica, mediante a análise descritiva, delineada por meio de pesquisa científica bibliográfica.

O presente artigo objetivou examinar as transformações do papel da criança e do adolescente na família e analisar o instituto da guarda compartilhada na perspectiva da Doutrina da Proteção Integral. Buscou-se responder em que medida o melhor interesse de crianças e adolescentes pode influenciar o regime de guarda e a rotina de pais que se divorciam. Para tanto, a metodologia aplicada foi qualitativa e teórica, uma vez que foram exploradas referências bibliográficas de livros, artigos periódicos das áreas do direito, psicologia e sociologia, enquanto o método utilizado será o hipotético-dedutivo. No primeiro tópico, apresentou-se o processo de transformação do lugar na criança e do adolescente no seio familiar. Posteriormente, foi exposto o avanço da legislação brasileira em matéria de proteção à infância. Por último, exibiu-se o instituto jurídico da guarda compartilhada como instrumento de efetivação dos direitos de crianças e adolescentes. Conclui-se que a guarda compartilhada nada mais é que o reflexo de uma longa trajetória de mudança do entendimento que se tem sobre a infância, notadamente no seu lugar na família, que antes era localizado à periferia desta.
