La presente investigación se realizó con el objetivo de analizar y explicar cómo se desarrolla el enfoque por competencias (EC) y la evaluación formativa (EF) en la escuela rural. Se utilizó el enfoque cualitativo bajo el diseño de estudio de casos utilizando técnica la observación participante. Los resultados evidencian que en el desarrollo del EC y EF se propusieron actividades complejas de tipo interdisciplinar para desarrollar razonamiento, creatividad y pensamiento crítico a través de los procesos de planificación, gestión del aprendizaje y evaluación. Sin embargo, algunos estudiantes no han logrado mejoras en sus aprendizajes, a pesar de aplicarse distintas estrategias y compartir previamente los criterios de evaluación. Se concluyó que para el desarrollo del EC y la EF, en la educación a distancia, es imprescindible gestionar actividades de manera interdisciplinaria, priorizando algunas competencias pues, por las limitaciones de comunicación que existen no fue posible trabajar todas las áreas que se establecen en el currículo. Para ello deben emplearse todos los medios posibles que permitan la retroalimentación del proceso y de los productos finales.
Objetivo: Identificar el uso de herramientas digitales en el primer nivel de atención frente a la covid-19. Material y Métodos: Se realizó un estudio cuantitativo, descriptivo y transversal. La población estuvo conformada por 85 profesionales de un establecimiento de salud de Lima Centro - Perú. La técnica utilizada fue la encuesta y el instrumento de recolección de datos fueron cuestionarios de Uso de las Herramientas Digitales por las Instituciones Prestadoras de Servicios de Salud. Resultados: en cuanto al uso de herramientas digitales, predomino el indicador de siempre con 74,1% (n=63), seguido de 12,9% (n=11) casi siempre, el 9,4% (n=8) regularmente, el 2,4% (n=2) casi nunca y 1,2% (n=1) nunca. En la dimensión acceso a herramientas digitales, predomino siempre con 74,1% (n=63), seguido casi siempre en un 12,9% (n=11), regularmente 9,4% (n=8), casi nunca 2,4% (n=2) y nunca con 1,2% (n=1); en empleo de herramientas digitales predomino siempre con 42,4% (n=36), seguido casi siempre en un 29,4% (n=25), regularmente 24,6% (n=21), casi nunca 2,4% (n=2) y nunca con 1,2% (n=1); en apropiación de las herramientas digitales predominó casi nunca con 56,5% (n=48), seguido de regularmente 16,5% (n=14), nunca 12,9% (n=11), casi siempre 8,2% (n=7) y siempre con 5,9% (n=5). Conclusiones: En cuanto al uso de herramientas digitales en el primer nivel de atención frente a la covid-19 tuvo predomino en siempre seguido de casi nunca, casi siempre, regularmente y nunca.
