Inklusion ist die Aufgabe aller Lehrkräfte. Eine inklusionsdidaktische Lehrveranstaltung begünstigt, basierend auf Forschungsergebnissen und im Hinblick auf die Herausforderungen der schulischen Praxis, die professionelle Handlungskompetenz angehender Lehrkräfte. Das Lehrkonzept berücksichtigt die bisher wenig beforschte Inklusion am Gymnasium mit einer inklusionsdidaktischen Lehrveranstaltung für Masterstudierende des gymnasialen Lehramts im Fach Biologie. Im Lehrkonzept werden die beiden Querschnittsthemen Inklusion und Digitalisierung verknüpft und damit die Professionalisierung gefördert. Ziel ist die Kompetenzförderung Studierender, inklusiv unter dem Einsatz digitaler Medien zu unterrichten und ihre Einstellung und Selbstwirksamkeitserwartung im inklusiven Kontext zu steigern.
Die Entwicklung einer scientific literacy for all stellt die Zielsetzung eines inklusiven naturwissenschaftlichen Unterrichts dar, in dem Lernende neben Fachinhalten auch fächerübergreifende Kompetenzen erwerben. Insbesondere der Prozess der naturwissenschaftlichen Erkenntnisgewinnung, der einhergeht mit dem Erwerb und der Anwendung naturwissenschaftstypischer Denk-und Arbeitsweisen, eröffnet vielfältige Nutzungsmöglichkeiten für digitale Medien, um im Prozess immanente Barrieren zu minimieren. Ausgehend vom NinU-Schema wird das didaktische Wirkungsfeld digitaler Medien im inklusiven natuwissenschaftlichen Unterricht mit Fokus auf das Experimentieren in diesem Beitrag theoretisch umrissen sowie Einstellungen und die resultierende Unterrichtspraxis von Lehrkräften innerhalb dieses Feldes dargestellt. Die Ergebnisse verschiedener Projekte zeigen, dass, obwohl der Einsatz digitaler Medien beim Experimentieren bereits Einzug in die naturwissenschaftliche Unterrichtspraxis gefunden hat, das Potenzial einiger Medien für eine inklusive Unterrichtsgestaltung bisher noch nicht ausgeschöpft bzw. beachtet wird. Beispiele hierfür sind die Nutzung von eBooks zur Verständnisunterstützung von Experimentieranleitungen sowie die Einbindung von Experimentiervideos, um die Planungs-, Durchführungs-und Auswertungsphase beim Experimentieren zu unterstützen.
Die Digitalisierung ist ein epochales Geschehen! Ihrem Einfluss kann sich kaum mehr ein menschliches Tun entziehen, sie beeinflusst unser Denken und unsere Art zu verstehen, unsere Tätigkeiten, unser kulturelles Selbstverständnis und unsere Lehr-und Lernprozesse. Welche Möglichkeiten dieser Technologisierungsschritt aktuell für die Fachdidaktik der Ernährungs-und Verbraucher*bildung (EVB) bietet, wird in der vorliegenden Ausgabe diskutiert. Eine notwendige Kritik muss vorläufig ausbleiben und wird auf die Zeit nach der digitalen Euphorie verschoben, die derzeit alle Bildungsinstitutionen erfasst hat. Den Anfang macht Claudia Angele, indem sie die Bildungsanliegen der EVB mit dem Globalisierten Lernen verknüpft und digitale Konsumszenarios für Studierende sowie die Anwendung einer Abfallvermeidungsapplikation für Schülerinnen und Schüler zu kompetenzorientierten Lernanlässen vorstellt. Josef Buchner geht ein paar Schritte weiter, führt in augmentierte und virtuelle Realitäten, mit dem Ansatz des "Learning by Design" und Modellen der Wirksamkeitserforschung, die diesen Ansatz betreffen. Ausgewählte digitale Elemente einer zukunftsweisenden Hochschullehre und ihre Anwendungsmöglichkeiten stellt Susanne Aichinger vor. Mit einem Imperativ fordert Michael Wukowitsch auf, Gestaltungsprinzipien für passgenaue Lehr-und Lernvideos im Besonderen und digitale Werkzeuge im Allgemeinen für den Unterricht in EVB zu verwenden. Die Möglichkeit den zeitgemäßen Unterricht durch Erklärvideos zu unterstützen greift Susanne Obermoser auf, lässt forschungsorientierte Studierende solche nach Schlüsselfragen gestalten und ihre Lernwirksamkeit bewerten. Die Forscherinnengruppe Susanne Miesera, Patrizia Weidenhiller, Sinja Kühlenthal und Claudia Nerdel verknüpft die Medienkompetenz mit der Experimentierkompetenz: Experimentierschritte werden mittels Videos dokumentiert und daraus Vermutungen und Erkenntnisse abgeleitet. Welche Orientierung kann die EVB der Präsenz von Influencern, Bloggern etc. in sozialen Medien entgegenstellen? Diesen Fragen gehen Martina Überall und Maria Lerchbaumer sowie Ines Waldner in ihren Beiträgen nach.Der Begriff "Ernährungs-und Verbraucher*bildung" ist bezüglich der gendergerechten Formulierung immer ein Sorgenkind. Das Redaktionsteam dieser Ausgabe hat sich für die kreative Variante "Verbraucher*bildung" entschieden, um auf diesen Umstand wieder einmal aufmerksam zu machen und das fehlende "-innen" deutlich zu platzieren.Möge diese Ausgabe der trinationalen Weiterentwicklung unseres gemeinsamen Interesses der Fachdidaktik EVB dienlich sein!
Der Einsatz digitaler Medien im Unterricht beruflicher Schulen setzt die pädagogische Medienkompetenz von Lehrkräften voraus. Das kombinierte Kompetenzkonzept fördert Medien- und Experimentierkompetenz durch die Umsetzung von digital gestützten Lernszenarien mit videografierten Experimenten. Lehrende und Lernende profitieren von einem Zuwachs der eigenen Handlungskompetenz in universitärer und schulischer Ausbildung.
