The hoard discovered at BRECH (Morbihan) during the nineteenth century comprises a remarkable group of dress ornaments and gaulish coins dating to the end of the Ist century BC. Now in the Musée Archéologique de VANNES, the coins, already published by J.-B. COLBERT de BEAULIEU (1953) are small late billon-statères which date this hoard to between 40 and o BC. This study concerns the other objects of the hoard (78 pièces), which represent a hitherto unpublished document concerning dress ornaments in western Gaul : torques, collars, fibulae, bracelets, rings, in gold, bronze, glass, amber and lignite.
