Resume À travers une approche compréhensive des pratiques des journalistes de Radio France international (RFI) et une observation fine du dispositif online de la web-émission L’atelier des médias, cet article propose d’aborder la manière dont ces professionnels de l’information radiophonique ont su s’adapter et intégrer de nouveaux modes de production et de diffusion de l’information, affectés par la place qu’occupent les publics contributeurs dans le contexte de transition numérique et d’usage des réseaux sociaux. Les pratiques professionnelles et l’ensemble des dispositifs numériques étudiés permettent de distinguer et de caractériser les figures professionnelles de la chaîne de l’information qui s’y dessinent et de révéler les enjeux qui sous-tendent la mutation de la profession, notamment marquée par une dimension participative des auditeurs-internautes et par l’émergence de figures intermédiaires.
