SUMMARY Gastric lipomas are rare benign mesenchymal tumours comprising 3.2% of all gastrointestinal lipomas. Most patients are asymptomatic and the symptoms depend on the size and location of the mass. The patient may present with bleeding due to ulceration of the overlying mucosa, rarely obstruction and intussusception. We present two such rare mass lesions of the stomach presenting with bleeding symptoms.
