The constructed reference growth curves are a start for following secular trends in Colombia and are also in the presented layout an optimal clinical tool for health care.
Dentro del contexto boliviano, se conoce que las condiciones sociales y laborales para mujeres y hombres son muy distintas, además de que ellas cumplen con dos funciones: el trabajo remunerado y no remunerado. Situación que las ponía ya en desventaja, y que se complicó mucho más con la llegada del Covid-19. Ante esta situación surge el interés por determinar si existe equilibrio entre la conciliación de la vida familiar y la satisfacción laboral de mujeres con trabajo remunerado durante la crisis sanitaria del año 2020 específicamente en la ciudad de La Paz. Para esto se aplicó el Inventario de Relaciones entre Familia y Trabajo y la Escala de Satisfacción Laboral a personas voluntarias que durante la cuarentena, formaban parte de una organización y recibían beneficios de acuerdo a la ley. La muestra fue de 177 trabajadores, de los cuales 126 son mujeres y 51 son hombres con una dispersión de edad entre los 18 hasta los 60 años. Los resultados mostraron que la conciliación familia trabajo es más alta para las mujeres, mientras que la satisfacción laboral es más alta en hombres; al mismo tiempo, las variables mostraron una correlación de dependencia entre ellas, ya que al aumentar una también aumenta la otra. Se concluyó que no existió equilibrio entre la conciliación familiar y la satisfacción laboral en mujeres bolivianas durante la crisis sanitaria del año 2020 y que debido a esta, la brecha de Sexo se amplificó y agravó todas las desigualdades ya existentes en la sociedad.
