concurrent training and improvement of technique, Third Stage: Concurrent training and variable speed), with the aim of progressing optimally and to avoid that the subject before a high intensity training suffer any type of injury or does not adapt well to workloads. The program has been developed for 3 months. In this period the subject carried out two or three training sessions per week, where two of them were always carried out in a personalized training center, under the supervision of a trainer. The one made at home was previously planned. The objectives pursued by the intervention have all been met to a greater or lesser extent.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
