En esta investigación se analizaron las diferentes perspectivas de Organización; en un primer momento se abordó el pensamiento clásico de varios autores (Town y Taylor, 1900; Fayol, 1916; Weber, 1924; Mayo, 1920; Follet, Maslow, 1954; Mcgregor, 1957; Herzberg, 1966) a través del estudio de las diferentes teorías organizacionales planteadas; luego se consideró y reflexionó en base a las teorías contemporáneas, (Hannan y Freeman, 1977, 1984;Di Maggio y Powell, 1983; Meyer y Rowan, 1977) todo esto, con la finalidad de diferenciarlas entre sí, y comprender los diferentes posicionamientos a través del tiempo que permitieron profundizar y contribuir al análisis de la conceptualización de Organización desde un enfoque sistémico, ante lo que se concluyó que la organización es un sistema social, integrado por personas y más recursos que se deben a una estructura que se desarrolla en base a un determinado contexto, con la finalidad de alcanzar o lograr objetivos comunes.
