INTERCEPT-CPAs were well tolerated in a broad range of patients, including infants. ATR incidence was low and when present ATRs were of mild severity.

Specific plasma filtration reduced the leucocyte number to < 104 leucocytes/l. The quality of plasma was not altered by the additional step of specific plasma filtration.
