Zusammenfassung
Es wurde eine qualitative und quantitative Bestimmung der freien und hydrolysierbaren Fettsäuren in Spermien und Spermaliquor des Menschen mittels Gaschromatographie durchgeführt.
Die Untersuchungen führten zu folgenden Ergebnissen:
Der prozentual starke Anteil der Palmitinsäure ist typisch für alle Proben;
Die absoluten Mengen der Einzelproben differieren infolge der Heterogenität des Ausgangsmaterials und können nur anhand der ermittelten Durchschnittswerte beurteilt werden;
Die durchschnittliche Gesamtmenge freier und gebundener Fettsäuren beträgt 260 μg/10 Mio. Spermien bzw. 619,8 μg/ml Liquor.
Hinsichtlich der Beziehungen von klinischen Angaben zu den experimentell gefundenen Analysendaten lassen sich keine eindeutigen Zusammenhänge feststellen.
