BRUYLANTS (Louvain) RESUME Les auteurs ont synthetise le nitrile chlorovinyladtique, Eblo fltIn 60-66OC (4-chloro-3-butenenitrile) aux depens du 1,3-dichloropropene ; ils demontrent par la refractomktrie et la spectrophotometrie I. R. qu'il s'agit d'un melange des deux sterkoisomeres. 11s ont is016 en outre Ies deux amides correspondantes, Fus. 72-73OC et Fus. 117-117,4OC, dont ils ont fixe la configuration et par analyse thermique et par spectrophotometrie I. R. : I'amide inferieure est cis tandis que l'amide superieure est trans.11s sont ensuite passe aux nitriles chlorocrotoniques y cis (Ebm 55,1-55,3OC) et trans (Ebm 71,0-71,2OC) (4-chloro-2-butene-nitriles) en provoquant la transposition des nitriles prkcedents de faqon a pouvoir fixer leurs constantes physiques (d, n, spectres I. R.) avec plus de precision que par le passe. 11s ont enfin cherche a isoler les amides chlorocrotoniques y. S'ils ont rkussi a obtenir, aux depens du nitrile trans, une amide Fus. 135-135,5OC, dont ils ont fix6 sans ambiguitk la structure de 4-chloro-2-butknamide et la configuration d'isomere trans, ils ont eu la surprise d'isoler, a partir du nitrile cis, une amide chlorovinylacbtique cis (4-chloro-3-but6namide), Fus. 77-78OC.Cette dernikre est donc issue de ce nitrile chlorocrotonique dam une hydrolyse, consbcutive a une transposition allylique inverse et stbdospkcifique. I1 semble bien que c'est la premikre fois qu'on observe ce genre de phbnomkne.
