L'infection à Clostridium difficile (CD) est une affection nosocomiale commune. Malgré le succès du traitement initial, 15 à 25 % de patients vont récidiver. Le traitement de cette forme d'infection à CD peut être particulièrement problématique. Nous rapportons le cas d'une femme de 67 ans qui a développé une colite pseudomembraneuse (CPM) à CD avec plusieurs épisodes de récidives nous posant ainsi un problème thérapeutique.
