Digitale Auswertung hochauflösender Elektrokardiogramme -Ableitung der His-Purkinje-Aktivität von der Körperoberfläche Kcij-ivords: His-Purkinje Activity ( ), every-heart-beat detection, noise-suppression A system which detects His-Purkinje activity from the body surface on an every-beat basis is proposed in this paper. 50 Hz ac line interference and the harmonics aresuppressed by means of the technique of intermittent adaptive noise cancelling, random noise is reduced by means of matched filters, and the technique of adaptive amplification is used to enhance the low-level signal spatially. The results of surface recording of His-Purkinje activities of normal persons on an every-beat basis are presented and compared with äveraging results. It has been shown that it is feasible to detect His-Purkinje activity form the body surface on an every-beat basis by means of this procedure.
