PENGENALAN PLAT NOMOR POLISI KENDARAAN BERMOTOR ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan membuat sistem yang dapat mengenali karakter pada plat nomor polisi kendaraan yang terdapat pada citra digital. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 50 citra uji terdiri atas 25 citra kendaraan pribadi dengan warna dasar plat hitam tulisan putih, 10 citra kendaraan dinas pemerintah dengan warna dasar plat merah tulisan putih, dan 15 citra angkutan umum dengan wara dasar plat kuning tulisan hitam. Adapun Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui beberapa tahap, yaitu (1) Pengolahan Citra, untuk mempersiapkan citra dan mengambil fitur – fitur penting yang akan digunakan pada tahap - tahap selanjutnya (2) Penentuan Region of Interest (ROI) yaitu penentuan posisi plat nomor dalam citra, (3) Segmentasi Karakter yaitu membagi citra plat nomor menjadi citra yang memuat satu karakter, dan (3) pengenalan karakter yaitu mencocokkan karakter yang dicari dengan karakter referensi untuk dikenali. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem dapat mengenali karakter pada plat nomor polisi kendaraan bermotor untuk ketiga jenis plat nomor dengan persentase rata-rata sebesar 79,43%. The number of samples used was 50 test image consisted of 25 private vehicle images with written white numbers on the black base plate, 10 govemment vehicle image with written white numbers on the red base plate and 15 public vehicle images with black written numbers on the yellow base plate. The research undenrwent several stages :( 1) Image processing to prepare image and get the important features to be used for next stages (2) Determining Region of Interest (ROl), determining plate position in image, (3) Character segmentation, dividing plate number image which can only accomodate one character ; and (4)Character recognition, character verification that is sought with reference character to be recognized. The results indicatet hat the system can recognize the characters on the motor vehicle police plate number for the three types of the plate numbers with the average percentage 79,43%. Every part of coconut commodity can be useful. Coconut wood is a part of coconut trunk that is widely used as building materials, furniture products, souvenirs or fuel. Although coconut wood is useful, but most people are still difficult to recognize kind of shape or texture model of a good quality coconut wood. The method used to test the quality of conventional coconut wood still relies on the compressive test model. This study is directed to determine the quality of coconut wood by modeling the relationship between visualization of wood surface texture and the results of compressive strength testing. Samples of coconut wood in this research are taken from a variety of ages, the location of the trunk and the outer part and the inside of coconut wood. Coconut wood samples used contain less than 20% moisture content, then taken digital images. By using the Fuzzy C-Mean method for the two-measurement data, forming 3 centers of coconut wood quality cluster, from the results of this clustering it is concluded that coconut wood with high bundle density also has a high compressive quality value, bundle density above 30.83% classified as wood superior type coconut. Meanwhile, bundle density of less than 11.88% is classified as low-quality coconut wood, besides that it is a medium type.
SQL injection is one of threat to the application connected to the database. By implementing SQL injection attacker can gain full access to the application or database so that it can remove even significant data irresponsibly. Applications that do not validate the user"s input appropriately make them vulnerable against SQL injection. Various methods have been developed to prevent SQL injection each with advantages and disadvantages. Implementation of PDO Parameterized Query properly can prevent SQL injection. . PDO not only provides a method to facilitate the implementation of parameterized queries but also makes the code is portable because the PDO can be used on multiple databases. This paper describes the results of research on the use of PDO Parameterized Query on scheduling application. By using PDO Parameterized Query on this application, making it is not vulnerable to attack that caused by SQL injection.
Coconut wood has a variety of benefits, namely as a fuel, also used as building material for wooden houses, with a unique texture of coconut wood which is widely used as furniture such as table chairs and cabinets, besides that, with the beauty of the texture of coconut wood, many are made as souvenirs. One of coconut wood quality parameters is the strength of wood in this case the strength of coconut wood holds the loads. This study was directed to determine the correlation between bundle density in digital image of coconut wood and its quality especially the quality of compressive strength. The research phase starts from the preparation stage where coconut wood samples are taken from local coconut species in North Sulawesi with various ages, after going through various preparatory treatments. The sample is then taken the digital image and the sample is also through a compressive strength test. Bundle density values in images obtained through image processing operations to extract the desired features. Coconut wood image sample through a series of image manipulation processes, such as Gray Scale, Histogram Equalization, Threshold, Opening, Invert, and mathematical calculations, on the other hand as comparative values, the same sample was tested by giving the maximum load so that the compressive test value of each sample was obtained, using a simple statistical test obtained a correlation value between bundle density and compressive test strength of 0.64325 and forming a regression equation 0.13734 12.9874 yx so it can be concluded that bundle density has a strong correlation to the quality of coconut wood
