Musculosceletal complaints are a complaint on the skeletal muscle sections felt by a person starting from a very mild to very painful complaint. If the muscles receive static loads repeatedly and over a long period of time, they can cause complaints of joints, ligaments and tendons. Skeletal muscle complaints generally occur due to excessive muscle contraction due to heavy workload with long duration of loading.The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that influence musculosceletal disorders in nurses. This research is an analytic survey research with cross-sectional approach. The study was conducted at Sari Mutiara General Hospital Medan in ICU room and IGD room. The sample size is 38 people. Data analysis was done univariat, bivariate using chi-square, and multivariate test using multiple logistic regression test.Based on the result of the research showed that the factors influencing musculoskeletal disorders at the nurses in public hospital of pearl extract are gender (p-value = 0,002), work period (p-value = 0,049), and work attitude (p-value = 0,000). While the unrelated variable is age ((p-value = 0.147) .The attitude of work is the biggest variable of influence on musculoscelet disorders with (p-value = 0,003; OR = 17,627; 95% CI 2,68-115,957) work has a 17.627 times greater risk of complaints of musculosceletal disorders.It is expected that the nurse should continue to pay attention to the movement pattern when doing the activity, so that there is no wrong working attitude, so it can trigger the emergence of musculoscelet disorders.Key words: Factors, musculosceletal disorders
Nurse performance is a determining factor in the image and quality of the hospital. Achieving maximum performance from a nurse can be seen from various factors,including discipline, employee satisfaction,which includes several aspects, namely salary increase, compensation, incentives, promotion, and so on. This research uses analytic survey with cross sectional design, which aims to analyze the relationship of discipline and compensation with the performance of special service unit nurses in Langsa City Regional Public Hospital. The population in this study were all special service unit nurses in Langsa City Regional Public Hospital in the Central Surgery (Room OK), IGD, Radiology, ICU, ICCU, NICU, PICU and Hemodialysis totaling 55 nurses. All of them are made into samples or called total sampling. The data used in this study are primary data obtained by questionnaires by respondents (nurses) and analyzed using the chi square test and multiple correlation test. Where it says there is a relationship if the value of p <0.05. Based on the results of the study, it was found that there was a relationship between discipline and the performance of special service unit nurses in Langsa City Regional Public Hospital in 2017 with a value of p = 0,000 (p <0.05); there is a relationship between compensation and the performance of special service unit nurses in Langsa City Regional Public Hospital in 2017 with a value of p = 0.005 (p <0.05); and there is a relationship of discipline and compensation with the performance of special service unit nurses in Langsa City Regional Public Hospital in 2017 with a value of p = 0,000 (p <0.05). The conclusion of this study is that there is a significant relationship between discipline and compensation with the performance of special service unit nurses in Langsa City General Public Hospital in 2017.
Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) vaccination is a worldwide government policy program aimed at reducing its transmission, reducing the morbidity and death rate due to COVID-19, achieving herd immunity in the community (herd immunity) and protecting people from disease to remain socially and economically productive. The pros and cons color the ongoing COVID-19 vaccination program in various countries, including Indonesia. Vaccinations that are ongoing and are in the midst of the community are experiencing problems, there are still people who have not received the existence of the vaccine, including in Muara Sentosa Village, Sei Tualang Raso District, Tanjunbalai City, where the coverage of the COVID-19 booster vaccination is still very low. The purpose of the study is to find out the reasons for the refusal. This type of research is qualitative with in-depth interviews with informants consisting of the Lurah, Head of the Environment, Religious Leaders, Community Leaders, Vaccinator Officers, and residents. The results showed that the main cause of the phenomenon of rejection of COVID-19 booster vaccination in Muara Sentosa Village was the lack of public knowledge about the COVID-19 disease, COVID-19 vaccination and work constraints in terms of time and side effects of vaccines. For this reason, it is necessary to take action by the local government to advocate with relevant agencies to increase community knowledge and facilitate vaccine service time for the community according to their free time.
Pengurangan risiko bencana sangat diperlukan untuk menghadapi segala bencana terutama bencana banjir dikarenakan banyaknya dampak yang disebabkan bencana banjir salah satunya bisa terjadinya bencana longsor. Kesiapsiagaan merupakan salah satu mekanisme penanggulangan bencana serta sebagai upaya untuk antisipasi dan pengurangan akibat terjadinya resiko bencana. Kegiatan yang dilakukan untuk peningkatan kesiapsiagaan adalah dengan cara peningkatan pengetahuan dan sikap yang dilakukan masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis tingkat kesiapsiagaan sekolah dalam menghadapi bencana banjir Pada Sekolah Dasar Negeri Pinding Kecamatan Bambel Kabupaten Aceh Tenggara Tahun 2020. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan desain fenomenologi deskriptif melalui wawancara mendalam. Data yang dikumpulkan berupa rekaman dan catatan lapangan yang dianalisis. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi empat poin yaitu kebijakan kesiapsiagaan, rencana tanggap darurat, peringatan bencana, dan mobilisasi sumber daya manusia Upaya pengurangan risiko bencana dalam menghadapi bencana banjir di Sekolah Dasar memiliki respon yang berbeda-beda tentang kebijakan kesiapsiagaan bencana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa indeks atau tingkat kesiapsiagaan menghadapi bencana banjir di Komunitas SD Negeri Pinding Kecamatan Bambel masih tergolong kategori rendah. The type of research used in this study is a type of research with a qualitative approach. The planned informants include the P2AP2KB Office, PLKB, Village Heads, KB Village Working Group Management and some from the community. Understanding how to explore the implementation of the KB Village Program in North Nias Regency in 2020. This research was conducted in May 2020 and the research location was aimed at a place where the KB Village is not optimal in carrying out the Family Planning Village Program activities. Data collection techniques in this study are: Focus Group Discussion (FGD), Interview, Documentation, Observation. The results of the study are the absence of policies taken by the Regional Government of North Nias Regency in the KB Village activity program, the absence of the provision of facilities and infrastructure that can be provided from the village government, the low awareness of the community in carrying out the Kampung KB program activities, the influence of policies, participation, facilities and infrastructure and family resilience are very influential in the success of the Kampung KB program activities. The suggestion in this study is that it is hoped that the Regional Government of North Nias Regency can make a policy that can be useful in the activities of this KB Village Program so that the Village Government can boldly carry out tasks and functions in the KB Village Program.
