The purpose of this paper is to illustrate how social marketers can use the Transtheoretical Model of Change to enhance their web-based campaigns promoting mental health during the COVID-19 Pandemic. The Transtheoretical Model of Change was adapted and applied in a COVID-19 mental health context and qualitative content analysis was conducted on 20 websites promoting mental health during the Pandemic from all around the world. Results show that campaigns vary in terms of their adherence to the Transtheoretical Model of Change. Some are very consistent, whereas others could benefit from incorporating specific relevant information. Particularly, the maintenance stage of change has been ignored by most websites analyzed. Designers of such campaigns could use this paper for inspiration, to check for the completeness of their websites, and to adapt their messages while the situation unfolds and individuals move from one stage of change to the next. Incorporating knowledge from a widely used and effective theoretical model is likely to make websites more successful in helping individuals maintain their mental health during the COVID-19 Pandemic.
Warehouse performance has a major role in improving the effectiveness of supply chain considering especially the location where the warehousing activities occur. Warehouse location selection criteria have been widely used by decision-makers and researchers to achieve operational efficiency and reduce operational costs in the supply chain. On the other hand, the location of the warehouse is usually evaluated and decided on individual basis. This research determines the weights of the warehouse location criteria obtained from literature, using the Best-Worst Method (BWM), a multi-criteria decision-making method. A questionnaire form was sent to five warehouse professional experts in different companies including suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors in Turkey. From the BWM results, we can understand that ‘Market’ criterion has the most influence on decision about warehouse location.

This study aims to analyze the socio-economic effects of oil spill on the residents of the region caused by M/V Lady Tuna, as a result of an accident encountered in Cesme/İzmir on Dec.18.2016. The analysis covers the perceptions of the residents in Cesme. The Turkish version of a scale developed by Safford et. al. (2012) has been used for data collection instrument. The sample of the study (n=326) has been determined by a quota sampling method in Cesme. The data collected from the residents have been evaluated by means of frequency and logistics regression analyses. Findings show that the residents of Cesme have an overall view/idea about the pollution, and they are aware of the responsibilities of different related parties of oil spill disaster and possible effects of it.
Port facilities are amongst the most important points of the maritime industry. The valuation literature evaluates industrial facilities and their assets from an operational point of view, but by nature, ports locate on coastal areas and have "social value" due to this feature. Although the literature on the valuation of natural resources does not define the value it calculates as social value, this value is indeed social value when evaluations made in terms of the features it shows and the data sources used. The aim of this study is to reveal the scientific methods that can be used to determine the social value of a port and to contribute to the existing methods classifications with an industrial perspective. In this study, a proposal has been developed for the port facilities by emphasizing the social aspects of existing total economic value approaches. The most appropriate method for the port valuation is the Contingent Valuation Method (CVM) and it is regarded as the tool under the "Stated Preferences" methods. The results can be used as a source for scientists, policy makers, decision makers and investors on port industry. Determining the methods to be used for measuring the social value of a port and determining the steps to be taken to calculate this value can be regarded as the contributions to the mentioned parties.
