Abstract:The aim of our study was to compare height and weight parameters of the children aged 1-14 years old in Voronezh region of the Russian Federation for the following periods: 1997-1999 and 2011-2014. Material and Methods -The research was held for 4,940 healthy children in 2011-2014 and 10,247 children in 1997-1999. Body height and weight were examined using standard methods. , 97 th and perfom comparative analysis. Results -The children of Voronezh region in 2011-2014 had higher rates of growth reference in comparison with the same data in 1997-1999. The biggest difference in the parameters of height of boys and girls was at 1.0-4.5 years-old group (p<0.05). The most significant difference in weight was at the age of 4-10 years old. It is interesting that growth reference of girls at the puberty period (14 years old) does not change in comparison with 1997-1999 period. Conclusion -We found that today decade weight of children is significantly higher than that of the children at the end of the previous century. These data reflect fact of acceleration and obesity and overweight problem among the children in the modern world.
(0.44 ± 1.00 and 0.30 ± 1.00, respectively; p = 0.124). At the same time, children in Group 1 had higher Z scores of BMI (0.44 ± 1.30 and 0.12 ± 1.30, respectively; p = 0.007). In Group 1, the incidence of overweight and obesity decreased from 40% in group of 8-10 year old students to 15% in 15-18-year-olds, in
For the last 20 years obesity and overweight in childhood have become one of the most important healthcare problems for the vast majority of countries, including Russia. There is a data that obesity in early age correlates with the risk factors of chronic diseases in adultness, including diabetes, cardio-vascular diseases, arterial hypertension and many others. That is why the main goal of our survey was to compare clinical-laboratory parameters and lab based indicators and to explore the details of arterial blood pressure indicators of pre-school and younger school children with and without obesity in one region of Russia (Lipetsk Region). We have analyzed those parameters in 2 groups of children: first group consisted of 50 children with obesity, and second 50 children with normal body mass. For checking the differences between two groups we have used Students t-test or its counterpart for independent samples MannWhitney U-test in cases when the variances of the values were high. The results of survey have shown the high index of hereditary burden among children with obesity, more birth weight of those ones, higher levels of glucose, cholesterol, and low density triglicerids andindex atherogenicity. The measurements of arterial blood pressure (systolic and diastolic) three times per day every day during a week showed significant increasing from mornings to evenings and from the beginning to the end of the week. The highest number of significant coefficients of correlation has been revealed between body mass of the children with obesity and arterial blood pressure (systolic and diastolic) during the day.
The article raises the issue of current interest of automation the process of calculation and evaluation of physical buildings deterioration. This is the most important indicator that characterizes the physical condition of the building in quantitative terms and is of interest to realtors and management companies. Calculation and assessment of physical wear and tear of buildings is a difficult and time-consuming task and is currently carried out manually or by means of Microsoft Office Excel. In this regard, the software module is proposed and developed that allows to calculate and evaluate the physical wear of buildings according to VSN 53-86 (p), which reduces the complexity and time of assessing physical wear. The software module is developed using MongoDB Server, IDE Studio 3T, Microsoft Visual Studio programming system 2017.NET Framework 4.6.1, WPF technologies, in C#, Net, using the MVVM architectural pattern. The user is provided with the following functionality when working with the software module: selection of the studied system elements, reference information of signs of their wear, automatic calculation of physical wear and reporting on the received assessment. The program module is tested at the Department of housing and communal services of the Voronezh state technical University.
