The purpose of the study is to determine the peculiarities of the implementation of law enforcement functions, in particular, regarding the protection of the rights and freedoms of citizens in the conditions of the legal regime of martial law by the relevant state authorities of Ukraine. The goal of the article was achieved thanks to the use of a complex of general scientific, special and statistical methods. In particular, such as the method of system analysis, logical, methods of induction and deduction, analysis and synthesis, and a set of static methods. Based on the results of the research, it was determined that during the period of the legal regime of martial law in Ukraine, there were changes in substantive and procedural law, and the legal statuses of representatives of individual law enforcement agencies were revised. Some of them, in particular the police, were given additional powers. The dynamic character is also inherent in both criminal and criminal procedural legislation. The normative and legal amendments aimed at creating a safe environment in society, in particular regarding the protection of the rights and freedoms of citizens, ensuring the proper state of public order and public safety, were adopted and put into effect. It has been established that the task of countering war crimes, eliminating gaps in the current legislation, developing and establishing effective interaction of law enforcement agencies with other enterprises, institutions, and organizations is currently being updated.
Під впливом негативних соціальних, економічних та багатьох інших факторів молоді громадяни країни найбільш схильні до руйнівного впливу соціуму. Серед молодих людей легше формуються радикальні погляди та переконання. Молодь країни поповнює неформальні, кримінальні, екстремістські та терористичні угрупування, які в свою чергу використовують молодь у своїх економічних, політичних та соціальних інтересах. В силу своїх соціальних характеристик та сприйняття навколишнього середовища, молодіжні угрупування є частиною суспільства. Статистичні дані вказують на те що членами молодіжних угрупувань загалом стають особи неповнолітнього, юнацького та молодого віку. Членами молодіжних угрупувань можуть бути як молоді люди чоловічої статі так і жіночої, які в силу соціально – психологічних, демографічних та фізіологічних особливостей є найбільш схильними до радикальних настроїв. Мета. Розглянути поняття та визначення екстремізму, радикалізму в молодіжному середовищі, види та форми екстремістської діяльності. Метою статті є розгляд факторів, які сприяють виникненню та розповсюдженню екстремізму серед молоді. Також метою статті є розгляд видів профілактики екстремізму в молодіжному середовищі. Методи. Теоретичний аналіз наукової літератури, аналіз наукових досліджень в напрямку радикальних угрупувань серед молоді. Результати. В статті розглянуті теоретичні поняття радикалізму, екстремізму та інш., згідно заявленої тематики, визначені види профілактичної роботи серед молоді, яка направлена на запобігання та попередження негативних проявів в молодіжному середовищі. Висновки. Проведений аналіз наукової літератури дозволив більш детально зрозуміти поняття екстремізму та радикалізму, визначити його вплив на соціальне середовище та на молодь. Розглянуті види та форми екстремальної діяльності. Після ретельного вивчення заявленої тематики, нами були визначені види профілактичної діяльності які направлені на запобігання радикалізму серед молоді та молодіжних угрупувань. Також в статті визначено коло осіб які можуть бути задіяні для профілактичної роботи серед молоді.
