The purpose of this study was to find out how students and teachers perceive the automation of the specialists’ professional training process and the impact factors of perceiving the learning activity of such kind by students and faculty. The experimental model of automated learning was based on an express course in the academic subjects "Roman Private Law" and "Latin (Latin Law Phraseology)". The following methods were used to analyze the quantitative data: Chi-Square statistical method and triangulation. STATA Software was used to process the data. An online Text Analyzer utility was used to process the answers of the focus group respondents to determine the research categories. Automation of the professional training process has a positive impact on education and greatly enhances the opportunities for both teachers and students making it possible to effectively solve the key task of higher education – to teach the student an autonomous learning, as it forms the skills of managing their own time, self-organization, self-motivation, and reflection. Automation of the professional training process through the use of innovative pedagogical technologies brings about a number of new opportunities and advantages, such as: prominence (detailed elaboration of professional processes with different levels), interactivity (ability to control and influence the process), focusing (allows to remove distracting factors, to concentrate on the material). In the proposed automated model, Chatbot can be programmed so that the course participant will not feel the difference between the language of the real person and the machine. Queries that cannot be processed by Chatbot are answered by the course administrator/moderator via email. This model can be adapted and upgraded to teach other professionally oriented theoretical and applied courses. In addition, Chatbot can be used by higher education institutions in managing a university admissions process to provide applicants with information about admission requirements, programmes, specialties, etc.
In the study on limiting possibilities of a casting process in terms of resource saving it is considered which solidstate constructions can optimally fill the space of the mold. The possibility of designing patterns for the Lost Foam Casting process in accordance with mathematical concepts is shown. The examples of patterns of frame cellular castings are described. The examples of cellular castings, designed with the help of computer technologies, are shown that often inherit structures of nature. Such castings allow expanding of the existing range of properties of metal products.
The article proves that one of the objectives of the contemporary high school is developing the potential of all participants of the pedagogical process, giving them opportunities for revealing creative abilities. Such a change in the role of education in society has led to innovative processes. We distinguish the following elements of innovative activity in HEIs: the goal (increasing the efficiency of resource use in the HEIs), the content (the processes of creating and applying the innovations, including regular ones) and the product (the quality of training the graduates of the HEIs). We also identified the following types of innovation: organizational, processive and productive, which are the subjects of innovative activity in the HEIs. Under these circumstances, the planning and application of innovations are considered as the area of involving teachers into innovation activity. We specified the factors increasing the number of innovative activities: organizational and technological preparation of creating innovations is considered pre-innovation activity; the production of innovations depends on research and scientific work; the application of innovations includes the stages of implementation, design and dissemination. We distinguished contextual, educational, scientific and innovative processes and the process of strategic development of human potential. We identified the prospects of researching the innovative environment of HEIs as a condition for effective innovative activity of teachers. Generally, the structure of indirect management of the innovative process includes the main stages of the reflexive regulation of searching a new idea: the stages of criticism, conscious rethinking and normalization of the activity. The organizational structure of such management includes the following stages: diagnostic, regulatory, analytical and verification. Knowledge of the varieties of structures and their main stages is necessary to define the whole system of reflective management, because the innovation process consists of micro-innovation processes, which need to be adjusted in communication. We analysed the basic structural components of the authors’ technology of managing the innovation process at the department level as a structural part of НЕІs.
Attracting foreign investment is a viable means of ensuring the economic growth of any country. The relevance of the study is substantiated by the creation of a favorable investment climate in the country, which will allow the establishment of guarantees of protection of foreign investments and stability of the legal basis for entrepreneurship performance. The article aims to analyze and forecast the inflow of foreign direct investment (FDI) into Ukraine. In order to achieve the stated purpose, the econometric model was developed, which demonstrates the correlation between macroeconomic indicators, their characteristics and the amount of FDI. A set of general scientific and special research methods were used, in particular: induction and deduction, grouping, summarization, comparison, complex and systemic approaches. The article reveals the essence of foreign investment for the Ukrainian economy and defines the characteristics of FDI. The impact of FDI on the economy of Ukraine is analyzed in detail and the conditions for their attraction are substantiated. Using statistical methods, the structure and dynamics of FDI by types of economic activity and investor countries are investigated. The conducted research has shown that through the attraction of foreign direct investment economic growth, the well-being of the population, the reduction of foreign indebtedness and efficient state capital investments are ensured. Taking all this into account the necessary preconditions for the attraction of foreign direct investments into the Ukrainian economy were substantiated.
The article presents a universal method for determining the professional suitability (PS) of a candidate and an algorithm for forming a psychological profile for a specific profession based on determining the psychological potential of personality. The developed method is based on the use of automated support systems. Based on the obtained value of the integral indicator, a decision is made on the PS group of this candidate. This method adapts to the requirements of the profession to candidates, taking into account changes in the conditions of activity by adjusting the typical psychological profile of the personality. The developed method for determining a candidate’s PS has been brought to practical implementation in the form of an Automated Psychodiagnostic Complex (APDC) “Psychodiagnostics.” APDC has been tested on the example of the psychological selection procedures of personnel for military service in units with law enforcement functions. APDС allows to reduce the time and labor costs for conducting psychodiagnostic studies, increases the reliability of tests due to a higher degree of standardization of the testing procedure, increases the accuracy of assessing psychological characteristics, and reduces the likelihood of errors in the processing of test results. APDС can be used for recruiting in various sectors of the economy, education, and military sphere.
