The need to produce more economical traction rolling stock for the railways of Ukraine led to the creation of a modern diesel train with a traction asynchronous drive and an on-board measurement and information computing system for the transportation of passengers, which improves the performance of the energy equipment of the stock. An attempt was made to optimize the control laws of a diesel train using a geometric control theory, which allows replacing the synthesis of optimal control laws for objects described by nonlinear systems of ordinary differential equations, linearization of nonlinear control systems using feedback and the application of a well-developed linear control theory systems The advantages and disadvantages of the mentioned approach are analyzed. Bibliography: 12 titles. Key words: diesel train, traction asynchronous drive, geometric control theory, linearization of nonlinear control systems using feedback.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
