Banyak faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi anak untuk menjaga kesehatan gigi dan mulut, antara lain adalah peran orang tua. Karena perilaku orang tua, terutama ibu dinilai mampu mempengaruhi kebiasaan anak. Dampak COVID-19 terhadap kebiasaan merawat gigi telah terjadi penurunan kebiasaan menyikat gigi dua kali sehari dibandingkan hasil survey tahun 2018. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbandingan perilaku ibu bekerja dan tidak bekerja dalam menjaga kesehatan gigi Anak selama pandemi Covid-19. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deksriptif. Pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan kuota sampling, sehingga jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 40 orang. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan Perilaku ibu bekerja dan tidak bekerja dalam menjaga kesehatan gigi anak selama pandemi covid-19 dengan hasil untuk ibu bekerja pengetahuan termasuk kriteria baik yaitu sebanyak 20 orang (100,00%), sikap termasuk kriteria kurang yaitu sebanyak 20 orang (100,00%), sedangkan untuk tindakan termasuk kriteria baik yaitu sebanyak 11 orang (55,00%). Sedangkan perilaku bagi ibu yang tidak bekerja dilihat dari pengetahuan termasuk kriteria baik sebanyak 20 orang (100,00%), sikap termasuk kriteria baik sebanyak 18 orang (90,00%), dan untuk tindakan termasuk dalam kriteria baik adalah sebanyak 11 orang (55,00%). Kesimpulannya yaitu Ibu yang tidak bekerja lebih banyak waktu sehingga bertindak dengan baik terhadap anak pada saat anak masih dalam pengawasannya dibandingkan ibu yang bekerja karena ibu tidak bisa mengawasi anak pada saat anak disekolah dan bermain dilingkungan luar rumah sehingga pada saat itulah anak berperilaku sendiri. Saran kedepannya dapat mengembangkan isi dari penelitian dengan cakupan yang lebih luas dan aspek yang lebih lengkap serta variabel yang berbeda.
