The article aims to assess the options for DO according to their requirements for the competencies of employees; the correspondence of the existing competencies of the personnel to work with subsidiaries was revealed; Substantiated the criteria for choosing a subsidiary, taking into account the compliance with the objectives of the organization and the revealed discrepancy of competencies; methods for calculating labor costs are proposed; the possible motivational techniques were evaluated, to use them in personnel management in the process of transition to the use of distance learning in the educational process. The article identifies and analyzes various groups of risks associated with this process (prejudices, risks of losing that value that is accumulated by pedagogical experience, risks associated with the loss and change of authority in the teaching staff), the possibilities of their leveling, directions of work with them are offered. analysis of existing preschool education, based on the needs of the teaching staff, additional criteria for the selection of preschool education have been formulated.
The article is devoted to the emergence of new contradictory trends in the school music education of postmodern society, how young postmodern youth perceives and uses music and attempts to methodically solve these problems. We explain the relevance of the topic by the fact that postmodern historical trends are still very strong in developing countries, and the industrialization of music art is increasingly distancing young people from academic and folk music achievements. Objective of the article is to identify the main trends, contradictions and problems of music education in postmodernism, and to simulate possible methodical ways of its decision. The general methodological approach is theoretical. We have chosen sociological, theoretical and analytical plus theoretical and methodological methods as the main ones for a data collection, information processing and modeling (modification) of educational conditions in music lessons in high school. As a result, the authors of the article presented main features of music education in postmodern society, the attitude of young people to music, and most importantly presented a thesis formulated 15 guidelines for optimizing school music education. The main conclusion is to avoid categoricalness in the hierarchy of educational process management; evaluation of musical content, to emphasize perceptual, reflexive and performative mechanisms of the development of musical heritage. The international significance of the article lies in the supplementation of numerous theoretical studies with specific methodological recommendations, as well as the use of the Ukrainian cultural context of the late postmodern era, which for some reason scholars pay little attention to.
The article addresses to the modern ideas about pedagogical artistry, briefly discusses the methods of its implementation, lists the main components and highlights its functions and the role in the process of the professionalism formation of the future teacher. The role of the teacher has changed: the modern teacher is a leader not only of information but also of culture, a spiritual mentor. To cope with this task, he needs a developed mindset, the ability to empathize, to imitate, co-create and empathize. He must be able to maintain his creative form. In other words, a creative educator must master artistry. The purpose of the article is to consider the role of artistry in the professional qualities formation of a future teacher at the present stage of education development in Ukraine, as well as to consider and analyze the elements of “theater” pedagogy in the future teachers’ training. In the article the authors make conclusion that pedagogical artistry can be defined as the ability to organic existence and effective action in the pedagogical process. This ability is associated with the knowledge of the teacher and the development of his pedagogical thinking also with mastering the art of self-expression (ability to embody thought and experience in image, behavior, word), improvisation, ability to regulate mental state, constructing “scores of pedagogical communication”.
