The subject of this study is the peculiarities of the socio-psychological climate in the apparatus of the Government of the Krasnoyarsk Territory and the satisfaction of employees with their work. The relevance of the study is due to the fact that in the process of political interaction of subjects of political communication, the socio-psychological climate determines a lot. Assessing the current situation, some politicians and sociologists note the need for purposeful formation of a socio-psychological climate for more productive and effective work, since it can be a tool that helps not only to build relations between politicians with each other, but also to correct the socio-political state, improve the psychological climate in society, regulate public relations. The study was conducted on the basis of the Government of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, in three departments with a total of 62 people. According to the results of the study, it was concluded that the unfavorable socio-psychological climate prevails in the apparatus of the Government of the Krasnoyarsk Territory in two departments (negative values according to the methodology of O.S. Mikhalyuk and A.Y. Shalyto). According to the survey results, many employees do not want to get to know each other better, spend time informally together, and maintain friendly ties. The integral majority of satisfaction with work in teams (according to the method of N.P. V. Fetiskin) is also low in two departments, which indicates the disadvantage of employees in this team, dissatisfaction with work is observed, which means that employees do not make special efforts to achieve the best result of their work, employees are not satisfied with the relationship in the team and prefer to work alone. Correlation analysis showed between climate and job satisfaction: in a favorable socio-psychological climate, the level of job satisfaction in the team is high, in an unfavorable socio-psychological climate – low
The relevance of the work is due to the fact that the analysis of indicators of mental and physical health of a person and their mutual influence is little disclosed in the philosophical literature. There is a problem of studying the achievement of well-being in philosophical terms and the factors influencing it, including the connection of existential fullness (fundamental existential motivations) with various positive aspects of the functioning of the individual that make up well-being: autonomy, competence, personal growth, positive relationships, self-acceptance, life goals. In this regard, we have undertaken a study related to the study at the theoretical level of the relationship between existential fulfillment and well-being. The purpose of the study: to identify the relationship between the components of life well-being and existential fulfillment. The degree of existential fullness shows whether there is a lot of meaning in life, whether a person lives in inner harmony, whether his decisions and actions correspond to his essence. Life well-being is a subjective feeling of wholeness of satisfaction with one's being. The study revealed significant connections between the components of such personal constructs as life well-being and existential fulfillment. As a result of the theoretical study , the following conclusions were made: The first fundamental existential motivation concerning the possibility of existence in the world is largely related to self-acceptance and competence. The second fundamental existential motivation concerning the value of life is largely related to self-acceptance and positive relationships. The third fundamental existential motivation concerning self-esteem is largely related to personal growth. The fourth fundamental existential motivation, crowning all the previous ones and concerning meaning, is essentially related to life goals and autonomy.
The success of social reform largely depends on the level of professionalism of a modern social worker, the degree of manifestation of his abilities, capabilities and the optimal choice of ways and means of implementing his professional activity, which will more closely correspond to his individual characteristics. Object of research: professional activity of social workers Subject of research: individual and personal characteristics of a social worker as a factor in the formation of the style of professional activity The purpose of the study: to study the relationship of individual and personal characteristics and the style of professional activity of social workers. Research methods: 1. Ketell's 16-factor questionnaire, 2. Questionnaire of activity styles "SD 36" by A.D. Ishkovai N.G. Miloradova (adaptation of the questionnaire"LearningStylesQuestionnaire" by P. Honey and A. Mumford). 3. Research of individual style of professional activity (adapted for social workers) - A.I. Markova Thus, when studying the relationship between personal characteristics and the characteristics of the style of professional development of social workers, we determined that there is a relationship between personal attitudes and the features of the implementation of professional activities. It is also revealed that the qualification level has a significant impact on the nature of the relationship between personal characteristics and features of professional development. Thus, among social workers with the highest qualification category, with significant professional experience, there is a decrease in the intensity of the relationship between personal attitudes and features of professional development, which is due to personal characteristics: they have more pronounced indicators of dominance, high normativity of behavior, they are more independent in comparison with employees of the first category and are confident, conscientious, and responsible for their actions, are able to insist on their own, and strive to comply with established norms and rules
